Wouldn't it be nice if PSA offered free return shipping for 30 day cc vouchers that are taking longer than 30 weeks?

I think about a month ago PSA changed the expected lead times in a response to someone on Express and Regular. Express used to be about 3 weeks door-to-door, and Regular was 4-5 weeks. I believe the PSA email response said 4-5 weeks on Express and 6-8 weeks on Regular (of course the clock doesn't start till they officially 'log' in the order which is taking 1-2 weeks or more, just as an FYI i'm on week 3 of them receiving my (2) 1 card Express orders and still not logged in).

I had a 6 card economy order that arrived on 8/1, was entered on 9/1 and was shipped backed to me on 12/6.
I also have a 14 card economy order that arrived on 8/7, was entered on 9/4 and is still in grading. So PSA entering the submission 3 days later has somehow taken an extra 3 and a half months and counting. It makes no sense and is really infuriating.

I've stopped contacting PSA, last time I tried to check on my bulk order from last January that took almost 10 months I started asking questions and outright told the rep the information she had was wrong and PSA was lying to her... long story short my order made it from Research & ID to Shipped in a week, but I got a 27% Gem Rate, by far the lowest I've ever gotten, the previous low was 65%. I believe with absolute certainty they tanked my grades on purpose, I cracked and resent about 25 cards back in through a bulk submitter to test my theory.

I just got an Economy order that arrived 8/6 and entered on 9/3 that had no movement or update at all, then all of the sudden it’s on shipping already. Rough grading though 33 cards only 2 10’s and 23 PSA 9. The rest are 8’s and 8.5. I’d rather have them take their time lol Anyway I can’t wait to get it back.

So if they did tank your cards on purpose (i.e. you've been "blacklisted"), you won't send any more on your own account?

Wow dude, that is awful. Theres just no explanation to justify that.

Super jealous of this update. Made the mistake of shipping usps. My cards were delivered a week prior to yours and still haven’t been received by psa yet. 3 card super express.

Anyone else at 2 weeks waiting for PSA to scan package? I know they're obviously backed up from all the mail that was sent in to beat the price increase. I'm just curious if I am at the point where I need to contact them.

I had three packages delivered on March 5th but only 1 has been scanned and showing in my orders to this point.

That's wierd I had an order delivered this afternoon and got the email from PSA earlier tonight that it was received and it shows under my orders.

The very first package I ever sent them was the first week if January, it still has not logged, and has not shown up at my home.

I'm in the same boat. Package delivered on 3/5 per USPS still has not been scanned in.

I had one that was never barcode scanned in until they logged it. (9-11 weeks I think)

Package finder did say it was there however.
