Since the price increase I have not seen any improvements in time or updates on the site. With SGC they increased a little and have a better response. CSG had my bulk order researched and I put into their system in less than a week, I have a PSA value modern from January still not logged in, Express order from January still not complete, sorry rant over

Yeah, I’m half tempted to try SGC just to see some of my 2021 cards in 2021...

PSA has everyone by the ball$. They know they will lose some business, but that most will stay with PSA. There is no incentive to shorten turnaround time as long as they keep their super big moneymakers happy.

Let's say you sub today knowing it will probably take 12+ months to get your cards back. In 12 months, what if the consensus is it will take another 6-12 months? Now what? You're stuck. Are you really going to ask for your cards back after 1 year?

Your only hope is if Bezos buys PSA and invests money in expanding their operations.

You would if the card market plummets and the cost of grading is not worth it. There really isn't any other reason except that you desperately need the cards to liquidate for cash.

Once the prices normalize and the inflated ROI is gone PSA and BGS will be left with high prices and pissed customers. Sure people will always grade but with ultra modern cards what's the point of grading if you don't get them back timely as most prospects have fallen back down to earth. Most of them are mint+ anyhow. The bottom will fall out first there and that is why they put all of the new people there pumping those orders out.

Just hoping their progress on Regular keeps up - with my luck probably not.
Keep in mind that as the completed order dates get closer to end of January, things will seemingly grind to a halt as there was price increase on Feb 1st which mean a ton of submissions got sent in to PSA at that time...so packages that came in after that will have to wait for all the end of January received/entered orders to get graded...and then again even more orders in end of February before the March 1st price increase...so the regular orders will soon grind to a crawl like the other service tiers in terms of seeing movement on the order tracker.

Unfortunately I was not keeping up with this thread or the news so I had no idea that the imminent price hike had been leaked weeks in advance. Lesson learned. Thankfully they are three cards I'm comfortable getting back next year.

I know a lot of folks sent in packages at the end of Feb / early March. When you input your tracking number into PSA’s “Find my Package” link, are they showing as received?

I received 2 ultra modern bulk submissions this week and had another pop yesterday. All received in September and entered as late as 10/22!
Conversely, I now have 6 economy CC orders older than that still in grading...
Bad form by PSA. Chase new money and screw those who have prepaid.

By then they should have extra 1000 employees and the new building fully operational
