Just picked up a 10 box inner from my LCS. Will be ripping it tonight.

Looking forward to seeing pics, I'm guessing the card stock is similar to Marvel Flair?

Did 2 boxes.....

Hit one of the lenticular puzzle packs. The parallels look pretty sweet!

"Copper Tinted Aluminum" sounds like the name of a terrible band...yet even worse as a "relic."

Just six packs in and I can tell you there are variations of the same card. No idea if it is a SP thing or not.

Is there anyway to differentiate the Mid-Series Variants? I know they were in the middle of the packs, but I was stupid and mixed them in not realizing....

UD has some really bizarre "relics" in their comic sets, like the coins.

I get that the metal here refers to the era, but it's just weird as a relic. They should've framed the comic covers in the metal.

Yeah, am I supposed to be excited about a card with 12 cents taped to it? LOL

I mean, when you put it like that, most relics are pretty disappointing, no? 😁

They are identical with the exception being the variant is a more zoomed in picture of the character. Which can be frustrating if you don't have both in front of you to see the obvious difference, leaving some to question if what they have is the variant or not.

Yes, yes you are, at least excited from a resale standpoint because said card is numbered to only /12. From a personal collection standpoint, opinions will vary,

Disappointingly enough, I've found that the easiest way to identify most variants is because the art is pretty pixellated. The zoom was an odd choice...

I do like the old comic clippings. It's a great way to get some re-use out of books that might not be grade worthy.

I can’t believe the large number of chase cards in this set, it’s going to cost a fortune to complete all these subsets.

Ah, Ok- so I have a few I suspect that are but not 100% certain as I got no doubles in my box, so just leaving them listed how they are (basically with a disclaimer saying "you could get a variant, I really don't know" haha)
