Thanks! Yes, its kind of a cheapie that makes everything look blue due to the LEDs but i recently purchased a little VL120 light that helps warm up the photos quite well.

Its actually kind of fun playing around with different angles, warmth and brightness levels on shiny/refractor type cards

Nice, yeah I usually use a scanner, but it's not the best method for light refracting holograms - I might try one of those boxes out.

I find Microsoft Lens works pretty well without a light box

Panini just dropped more Series 2 Promo Set bundles a few minutes ago. It must've been botted. Adding to cart was nearly impossible, but I managed to get an order in.

1000% this. I always get asked what scanner I use. It is a 4x6 label underneath as a mobile background near natural light (to find the right angle), and finishing the job with the Lens app.

Without getting too into the specifics of it, I'd like to share that I sold a S2 promo set to one of the biggest Fortnite youtubers, one that has their own skin in game.

That's pretty cool! I've been thinking of selling my S1 Promo set but I've never sold anything that big, last I looked they were doing nearly $4k and it's hard to pass that up.

congrats - unfortunately there is no chance to get these promos or the regular S2 cards in europe - only that reloaded stuff which has no crystal cards.

but according to DHL my case of mega boxes will be delivered within the next 30 minutes

I've heard recent sales at $6k+, so don't sell yourself short. You can always consign something like that, but the best way to protect yourself is to have someone record you putting the cards into a package, sealing it up, showing the shipping label, and dropping it off at your post office. If you do that in one take, you should be covered, if using ebay/PayPal.

I looked it up last night after I posted, last set sold at auction for $6800 a couple weeks ago. Another one went up for best offer the same day and sold for the best offer amount of $7950 per SoldFor. I actually emailed one of my breakers yesterday who does consignments to ask if he'd do it, I wasn't sure since it's non-sports, but he's been branching out. He said they'll definitely do it, so I'll try to get that off to him this weekend.

Prices are climbing by the week on this stuff. Hard not to sell when it's getting to those levels.

I paid 6k cash for a set shortly after the 6800 set and know the guy who paid for the 6800. Basically saying don't let someone beat you down with this awful comp lol.

Easy to edit and manipulate.
