i found a dirk /50 for $40 on ebay a few years ago...shiny or not i bought it

also awesome donyell marshall..he was pretty solid for several years!

Curious what you got that Shaq pmg for

when I got back in the game in 17 I wasn't even thinking about old stuff from middle school I was really just trying to learn all the panini stuff

Which I did well on but I'm over most of it at this point and now I'm trying to get back to my roots lol

shaq Pmg 97-98? i wanna say BIN was $1,000, thats long gone man, i think i had a deal in place the night it came in the mail haha.

Oh i totally get it man, i started collecting in 1997-98 actually (3rd grade) so i didnt even know what most of these sets were then (really internet was pretty new and ebay was hardly a thing...also again i was 8), i was pulling stuff like topps rock stars and z-force boss and such as was absolutely thrilled to have those...none of which were rare

cant tell you how many metal championship and zforce packs were ripped

and too much fleer tradition that year thinking i could get them all signed (I was 4th grade)

Ha I know the feeling. I was super stoked to pull a boss and super boss, I was around 12.

given what the 1996-97 star dates are going for, you may have just gotten a massive steal with this. i know 1996 is kobes rookie year. but 1997 is duncan, tmac rookies, and second year kobe, iverson.. and these look a million times nicer. give it time.

I wonder why Steve Francis wasn’t in this. He had a contract with fleer I believe Bc he had an autographics card that year. Elton Brand belongs too but he had rights to topps.
