I did not think 100K is possible on Lebron TC PSA 10 but after looking at Jordan Fleer PSA 10 prices, it seems 75-100K is possible

Jordan PSA 9 is approaching 80k with a pop of 2764. LeBron PSA 10 pop is 2071..

yeah LeBron has other rcs but TC is THE rc

Hard to price the bgs now seems they are all over the place depending on subs.

I expect certain rookies to create heat after the Topps/Chrome become unaffordable. Look at Kobe for example.

I'm sure the set overall will see a nice bump. But I doubt it appreciates the way 86 will overall.

86 has Olajuwon, Barkley, Malone, Ewing, Drexler and reintroduced Fleer to the basketball marketplace.

03-04 has Wade, Melo, Bosh. Without the top guys, it's just another Chrome set.

My prediction is that by March 1, 2021 which is in a few weeks you will see Lebron's TC RC PSA 10 selling for $40,000 on ebay. I have no prediction for what happens afterward but more than likely that's where it peaks out for a while probably until next season. Then, if Lebron gets ring #5... I believe at this point next year I predict we see the card selling for 6 figures.

There are only 6 PSA 9 Mantles vs. 2,071 PSA 10 Lebron's (I didn't check # of BGS 9.5s and 10s). I think the Mantle buyer said someone offered him 8 million for the Mantle after the auction.

I agree, Lebron is in the GOAT convo and basketball has a global audience but hard to place value on being an iconic baseball card and scarcity. Is Lebron undervalued when you factor in relative scarcity? Maybe when you also factor in # of Lebron fans vs. Mantle. I hope your predictions are right but planning for the spike in 2-2.5 years when he breaks the all time points record.

Wow, that's insane lol, I really have no clue how they decide when to upcharge. A few weeks ago I super expressed a 1st edition Charizard, it got a 6 which makes it a 6-7k card, and they upcharged me an extra $300 to walk-through.
