College basketball was a trash fire today but the nba was nails and the warriors and blazers paid for the whole day of losses and more. In hindsight I should have stayed with my guy and bet Ohio State a little harder and thrown a small ML.

Still that blazers performance defies any explanation but I’ll take it and run on to tomorrow’s slate. There’s actually a couple juicy ones for ya.

How in the HECK do you take the Blazers running with their bench? Don't get me wrong, life long 'zers fan but that is insane! Nice hit Alex.

None of the nba lines are really calling to me today, so here are my early PL bets for tomorrow:

Arsenal Villa draw +230
Burnley win +260
Southampton win +160
West Ham win +105

Trust me- I stayed farrrrrrr away and bet the 76ers ml in all my parlays.

But watching the game live from the tip the 6ers looked lazy and sluggish and the blazers players were all fire and all had something to show Stotts. Even to show Dame and McCollum- look guys you can take some breaks we can hold the line for a game or two. Who knows when CJ Elleby is gonna get 35 minutes again. He had to make sure to show out.

And then when Embiid came down bad on his knee I thought he was gonna be out of the game day-to-day. I took the double digit spread because I truly felt like the 76ers would still win- but that they couldn’t run Double digits up on the blazies. So I took the big points and then the line dropped on half almost. Got kinda lucky but that’s why I love live betting.

Jackkis the insane one. She Literally paced the $100 ML bet seconds before my spread bets from the other room. Was low key cussing her out in my head until about halfway through the third hahaha. Definitely got her a nice little bouquet of flowers this morning for that one.

But also think about this:

Melo, Trent Jr, Hood, RoCo, Kanter.

To me- that’s not a pushover bench lineup. That’s a superstar forward or guard (dame) away from being a legit team. And that’s not including the other 4 blazers starters who were out last night. Yah they won’t go beating most top teams, nor make a playoff run...but I see 5 players who not only hustle hard every single play they all can shoot and have the confidence to take any shot at any time. Add in some minutes restricted Simons, the underrated hustler Elleby, the fact that they all practice together on the same line essentially, and a completely different offensive game plan and the stars just aligned last night.

I’ve been riding the blazers all season and I never bet local/fan teams. It’s turned out pretty good so far and I don’t see myself stopping until they give me a reason to. I think we’re about 8-4-0 ATS and 6-2-0 with O/U and about 3-1-1 ML

Had massive toothache in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep. Just work up a bit ago so I’m not gonna be able to do my 2 hours of research today. Just going with a few casual bets and taking a small break Cuz this weekend will crazy for us.

And I agree the NBA games/lines are rough today.

So anyone having some fun and trying to make a few $s on the SB props? I think a few of my favs are Brady Over .5 rushing yards and the yes on Shaquil Barrett getting a sack. Put a few dollars on high + props Brady and A Brown TD and Darrell Williams TD.

That possession at the end of the first OT where Texas was trying to inbound and turned it over was pretty crushing. I see stuff like that and I seriously question the basketball IQ of the inbounder. They had 4.4 seconds. That is PLENTY of time to get the ball up court. There is simply no need to go for a risky pass in that situation.

I had Texas for $250 at +140 so yeah, I was pretty pissed off about their performance. I am done with college basketball for the third time. These guys are dumb. Just really dumb players with exceptionally low basketball IQ. As a gambler and a basketball fan I have two main things that bother me. Poor free throw shooting and low basketball IQ. These are things that should have been developed over the course of life for someone who eventually went to college on a basketball scholarship.

I’ve also officially refused to bet $50+ on any college basketball game after that $100 debacle on Arizona. College basketball betting was better when 9 guys on the floor already knew they weren’t gonna be a pro. Now everyone thinks they can make it pro and they do dumb #@#@#@#@ all game.

I've been placing smaller bets and cashed out a little bit, like my 2 game parlays that had the bulls winning, and then re-bet the money for Orlando +26.5...

have a couple of cheapie ML bets on Notre Dame and Grambling State, so hopefully they win and add another $20 so i can play tomorrow

Yep...I was like what the hell was he trying that pass for, at least they missed the shot and had a chance in OT, but I was all prepared for Texas to in bound and throw up a last second 3 pointer and get the cover....

Threw 2 units on Mavericks -4.5 before the tip and another unit on Mavs -5.5 right after tip.

However....When DAL were up 14-2 and 16-2 in the first quarter I couldn’t pass on runnin some GSW live bets: tapped +12.5, +14.5, +15.5, and some +650.

Should be a fun game. A nice Mavs 9 point win is chefs kiss.
