Upgraded from my TC PSA 9 to the TC Refractor 9 JUST before the latest crazy leap in prices. Figured it would be my last chance to ever own this card but didn’t expect the tide change to happen so quickly

Yes, I consider it the lowest tier with his box set rookies. I think I sold a raw one for $40 or so on eBay recently.
