And yeah I was eying up hobby cases for a while (always seemed like a bargain at ~$600) and saw SC/BO sell out. Was fortunate to hit up the other right before they went "OOS".

Megas will always be king for fortnite because of the exclusive cracked ice parallels. I bought a cases worth (20) averaging about 33 bucks a piece but I sure do wish I went crazier. Once the big 3 restock cases its safe to assume they'll probably be at about 1k. Blowout already has fat pack boxes at 175 per.

Way to go. Yup, can see that being the case. Do you know if S2 is only US print? I haven't seen anything else but maybe its just not as distinguishable this year.

I'm not sure. Europe got that reloaded set instead of series 2 and alot of skins that were in series 2 are in reloaded as well. Italian print shards and holos look quite different than usa print so if I were to guess, they probably don't have the capability to print optichrome cards at the Italian factory. I think panini outside of the usa mostly just makes stickers so that kinda makes sense lol.

It's always interesting to see hear what different age groups prefer. My nephew finally got back to me on what his favorite skins are. His top two aren't even on any cards: Lachlan (a famous youtuber), and Reaper (which is basically a John Wick knockoff skin).

If they did cards of all the collaborations they've done, those would bring some cross appeal to the cards but I highly doubt Panini would get that done. People would go crazy for a Travis Scott or Mandalorian chase card.

Ice King, Reaper and Omega were all Tier 100 skins, which I think is also a good indicator of a card to buy. A lot of the top tier cards are the tier 100 skins including Black Knight, Luxe, Ice King and Ultima Knight. I assume Midas will be in series 3 and I will put my money on him being the most expensive out the gate.

Non-sports. I think gaming specifically relates to card-games where these cards are just reflective of in game skins and its not a competitive card game.

Mailday. Went back to the well after a few nice PSA 10 sales couple weeks ago. Finally hit the condition lottery. And by condition lottery I mean I actually have a decent shot for 10 of these to hit lol.

With demand picking up and seeing non Legendary stuff do well I figured why not grab anything in the $10-20 range and grade it.

Have one more bigger order coming in, once those arrrive and I prep for bulk should be at about ~350 slabs coming back ranging from May-Oct. Feel like you really have to hit volume with these and I'll be over the moon if 20% of them hit.

Not sure pic captures it but top row and Raptor/Carbide shards, rest holo. Moisty Merman is...quite something.

I read this thread a month ago about mega boxes going for 30 or so. I ran into 10 of them a month ago, and left them. ‘I can’t believe they go for 160 now. Wow I’m going to keep an eye out if they restock again.
