One is getting ready to close this morning, and it's at $750 with over 30 mins left so I'd imagine it's going close to $800. Just a matter of time before he hits 1k, wish I had more disposable income because I would have bought everything I could. Are people offering on them today? Still a $640, a $650 and $660 available on StockX for PSA 10. You have to pay tax + 3%, but I'm not seeing those fly off the site... Which makes me skeptical of this suddenly surge to $800.

I've seen it so many times, people get caught in the heat of an auction and end up overpaying. It takes like 1 minute to leave that auction and go search the BIN for better deals, and they're usually there if you're willing to dig.

Opposite is true too. Lot of BIN-smashin when a little patience could yield the same card at a fraction of the cost

I am convinced that there are constant efforts to drive up auction prices SO THAT those lower BINs will be hit. Saw it in the preseason buildup with Zion.

- Person loses auction
- Person finds lower BINs
- Person says "AHHH, I better buy this quickly!"

What a sequence by Ja at the end of this game. Draws 4 defenders and makes an insane pass that leads to a wide-open 3, then drives and hits a tough layup on the next possesion, finally draws a charge on CP3 to ice it.
