It’s 2021

I have an extra GoPro

I will send it to you as I don’t believe you. If you toss a regulation football 70? You can keep the camera

You're a better man than me. I'll stick to defense.

Watson was the best CFB player, on the best CFB team in 2016

Lamar could have won it the next year. He had better stats in 2017 than 16.

You should probably sell your flux capacitor to the Heisman committee

Agreed. Although I made a bet with our good man asujbl, I won't be disappointed if Chubb goes out there and pulls a 2019 Ravens thrashing tomorrow.

You must have missed the conversation or misread it. I said in my younger days I could throw it 65 yards. As of last season I was hitting 55 on a weekly basis. We throw the kick offs. Right now being our season was cancelled and I haven't thrown a ball in a year I am confident I can clear 50 on a regular basis. However not a chance I'm throwing it 70 without gail force winds.

If you want to be foolish and put up your go-pro for me clearing 50 you're more than welcome.

Me too, playing QB sucks, its boring and I'd rather wideout. I still play linebacker or safety.

What would you bet against the 50? I’m intrigued...

Can I go up to the field tomorrow and get back to you? If the rules are I have to clear 50, meaning 50 yards 1 inch would still count, I can take a jogging head start and don't have to do it in one throw it (using an NFL sized football) would be a fools bet for you.

I'm not a wealthy man but if someone reads this is, and wants to see you lose a good amount of money I'd say you donate X amount to our fellow member who is battling cancer when I win.

You should also do a side bet for a 35 yard field goal. meaning 35 yards in the air, not from the 35.

Again your statement is wrong ! only thing you come close on is yes Lamar very well should/could have one it again in 2017 and yes Clemson was the best team

I’m up for a discussion for charity

I won't bet on the 35 yard field goal but I'm fairly confident I can do it. I was hitting them last season (2019). However barring bad weather conditions or injury I've never, not been able to throw 50 since I was 15. Again I'm not very wealthy and because of recent events I already shelled out a good amount to people in bad situations but how about something like this, you put up $1000 if I can't do it you donate it to him.

I'll put up $100 and if there are enough people on here that want to see you lose/donate $1000 to JLZinck and are willing to back the other $900 we got a deal. Only current issue I'd see is our local high school field is on a hill and might still be covered in snow. I'd want a nice clear day with little wind.

If site rules allow it perhaps we can turn this into something fairly large that would help him out. I know a good amount of people on here have large spending budgets. For anyone that would want to risk betting on me you should know. I'm 40, 6 feet tall, about 185 with about 10 extra covid lbs, have a complete ACL tear in my left knee, ACL is gone in my right, and have severe meniscus damage in both knees with one of them being a bucket tear, as of about 6 years ago. I've never played high school or college sports.

If this is allowed and you read this (especially Houdini) or anyone else. Put up the remainder and I'll throw the 50 yards for Jon I promise.

Well lets see if its allowed and if asujbl is okay with it. If its okay I'd love to see if there are enough people on here that would want to put up equal funds on each side of the bet and see if we can't get a big donation going.

Wow! You guys really went down the rabbit hole last night.

Hopefully, the two games today are more like the GB/Rams game than Bills/Ravens one. As much as I'd like to see a Browns win (I lived in Ohio for 5 years as a kid; favorite player Eric Metcalf) I'm not expecting it. For the late game, I see both the Saints and Bucs as one in the same but I think I'd rather see the Bucs. Having to go up against Kamara in a playoff game scares me. The Bucs don't have a player as explosive as that, so although they destroyed us this season, I'd rather play the Bucs.

I was thinking the Bucs at first also but I looked at the forecast for next Sunday in GB. Right now it is saying a high of 28 and PM snow showers. If it's snow and cold out I think that would benefit a matchup with a warm weather dome team like NOLA more because they are built for speed and if it's slick out with snow that takes some of that away from them.

The Bucs have the best offense in football. Their D particularly the secondary sucks. I expect a dog fight today hopefully we can talk about the game next week!

No they don't the Packers do. Packers have the number 1 scoring offense in the NFL enough said.
