Nope on next year, the book is out on Lamar, they (Ravens) aren't winning anything signficant with him. Titans and now Bills have both made him throw, and he can't.

I actually like him, tremendous athlete, seems to be a good guy with a lot of character and personality -- a winner's attitude, etc. -- he's just not an NFL QB. Running back YES!

The world we live in is if you aren’t the best, you suck. So many legend QB’s would “suck” in this era. Not a Lamar believer, but he is still very young and has time to figure out the passing thing. Allen did it. Don’t think Lamars passing is as bad as stated. I mean in 37 starts he has a 68-18 td:int. Fairly impressive. Has struggled in playoffs though obviously, and isn’t a volume passer.

I like him too, but whenever a QB is natural athlete/runner I think it is really hard to undo that wiring and they tend to rely on that rather than really developing that "pass at all costs/eyes downfield" instinct.

Those numbers are so good because of the structure and success of the run game. Not because of how good a passer he is (he's obviously not).

Allen always had the arm. He became much more accurate, something that almost never happens.

Lamar does not have the arm strength.
