Been picking up a ton of Lowe again over the past month. Here’s a few nicer pieces that’s come in over the past week. Got a few more big ones on the way.

Nice grabs. I’ve picked up a few $10-12 TC autos. I’ll probably never be able to go after the flagship parallels I had last year but wanted to restock a little with prices down.

I'm very interested to see which Lowe is the real Lowe: the one that was super hot midseason and was an MVP candidate, or the one that we got at the end of the season/postseason

I probably should grab a few more tc autos myself. I’ve spent a good bit on Lowe over the past month...slowing down a bit now.

Other than Randy the entire team turned into human windmills in the playoffs. His track record(MLB/Milb)tells me he’s probably an all star level player, but not MVP caliber. We shall see. Not a ton of risk at current prices IMO.

Absolutely! He’s cheap right now. Even the bigger cards are reasonable. I paid up on a couple of 1/1s that should be here next week...one of which I really paid up on but it’ll be a centerpiece to my Lowe pc.

Big thanks for keeping us posted on your pc. It’s a huge bonus for a bottom feeder like me to have active threads like these I can contribute to. I don’t really have much in the way of nice cards or meaningful insight on the Juans, Rons, Fernandos and Fatties of the world. But Brandon Lowe and Corbin Burnes type hobby “rejects”? Right in my wheelhouse.

I’m the same way! I’ve got my Albies/Braves PC and my Lowe PC...not much in between.

Just imagine if it all clicks next year...Meadows has a peak-Springer season, Lowe is Altuve in the 2 (but not with that 25% K-rate!), Randy hits 30 bombs and drives in 100, after that....um...why is Margot hitting 5th according to roster resource? The rest of that lineup doesn't look scary.

I ripped a box of this in January and just found this card this week.

The money truly is in the crumbs sometimes in this hobby. Guys like Randy A, Brandon Lowe, Shane Bieber, etc. are all great examples of that. Doing research on under the radar guys, picking up their RCs for cheap, then flipping (I hate that term but not sure what else to call it) for profit when they explode onto the forefront of the rest of the baseball world may be my favorite part of the hobby

I think Willy will be better and expect Choi and Yandy to be effective OBP guys along with Wendle. I think they will score enough. Losing Snell hurts the staff though. It’s just a matter if they can produce enough arms throughout the season to get by. I could see all the young hitters producing nicely but coming up short of last years team because of pitching.

I'm hoping that Willy keeps the bat going all season. He had a strong run last season but completely went to crap in September. I think he sat some kind of record for most strikeouts in so many bats or something.

Oh and by the way...I've got one of my "big" Lowe's delivering today!
