Near $25k is a lot to pay for a parallel that isn't significant.

The PSA 10 Pop is 32... not exceptionally rare.

Any Gem Mint Mahomes Prizm is great, but I think you could do better than this with that kind of money.

Light Blue did $11k recently, $12-15k would make sense on the Blue Wave.

I think pcp sold the last white sparkle psa 10, nice one showed up on ebay today for 38000. Not my card. For 38000 you would think a better picture showing how beautiful it is would be in the seller's best interest. Maybe out of the plastic also.

I only have one mahomes rc and it’s the illumination insert...the more I get into the hobby, the more I want to go after a better card. Torn between prizm and a holo optic, which would be best to get for long term?

Prices are definitely taking off again. All of the optic parallels are moving up. I sold one of my aquas last week. I’m sure I’ll regret that soon enough when I see the next one sell

Not sure if it was a legit sale but I see a contenders optic BGS 9.5/9 with a 9 subgrade that appears to have sold for $14,000+

Maybe someone who is more internet savvy can check. That would be a solid sale I believe

Some here will say that you pumped this card up and maybe so,but who cares.As far as i'm concerned,it's Mahomes classiest looking card and is much more pleasing on the eye than the boring prizm.
In other news...a bgs true gem+ did almost seven grand,which is a big win too.

Thanks. I made a mistake on XRC by discussing the eye appeal and scarcity, which came of as pumping. XRC base was less than 5% of my portfolio. I own cards of Luka, Tatum, Trae. Giannis, Soto, Acuna etc and have not posted in those players threads for more than a year and their prices have also gone up 5-10X. What I learned from XRC is to let others discuss about the cards or do the so called pumping and let the players performance, speculators and market conditions dictate the card prices
