Atlanta played with fire by taking some average shots when they could have been more aggressive and pushed it to 20+. Silly

8 second half-court violation by Trae with less than 2 minutes left in the game. Missed dunked by Collins to count the lead by 1.

9 missed freebies, and 20 turnovers. One of those nights.

Those legs are dead.

Pels had 28 free throw attempts in the 4th qtr alone. So dumb. Pels got half their points from the line. Cmon refs.

I agree, the refs were dumb tonight. Sooo many game stoppages that completely killed the flow.

The Hawks have had one of the easiest schedules in the league so far. Who have they beat thats any good besides the Nets once?

They are who we thought they were...

So now they're bad after losing the second of a back to back against a team with a winning record? I think your obsession with Luka has clogged your mind.

No, just look at their schedule. Who have they played? Do you really think they're going to magically go from a 20 win team to 40-50 wins? I really don't have anything against the Hawks. I just don't think they're as good as their record shows because they've played weak competition. That's all.

I think Trae Young was 50-1 to win MVP this year. I haven't placed a bet in ages so I didn't bother checking. If true tho, I definitely would've placed a few bucks on it. lol

They played tired/inexperienced. Aside from Capela, Huerter, and Hunter - everyone else was pretty off.

Kudos to Sexton, that kid can score and does so pretty easily

What are you on about? It’s only 6 games into the season, and they beat one of the best teams there is (Nets). How are they supposed to have beaten good teams when they’ve only played a few teams lol?

As much as I like Pierce and the Hawks, they are just such a dumb team. I can't believe by now they still don't get how to close games.

Ohh.. I have no opinion on the Hawnks either way...

I'm more pumped that the Cavs beat Blowout's darling team

Also.. sitting atop the East right now is Philly...

They haven't played many tough teams yet, but man, has this offense looked much better the last 3 or so games compared to what we saw with Brett Brown.

They play the Hornets and Wizards next, then the real tests start:

-Nets
-Nuggets
-Hawnks
-Heat
-Heat

I already told you what i said. I have nothing against them i just don't think they're the 2nd best team in the East and they wont be by the time the season is over either. Do you? I actually like watching them and Trae Young play. They've just had a very soft schedule is all i was saying. Lighten up.

They were +21 in the game vs the Spurs and won by 3 but after the Lakers game, I’m convinced it’s just a blatant disregard for giving calls to the Spurs smh

It's been a weird start for a lot of teams. It's early, there's absolutely no reason to think they'd be worse than last year imo. I think they'll be fine once everyone gets in rhythm. I still think they'll end up top 2 seed in the east by the end of the year.

Yea I wasn’t being sarcastic or anything I can’t figure them out. They don’t really have any convincing wins against good teams and just haven’t looked very good so far.

Does kemba really add this much to the team?
