Dave, not sure if you're seeing same, but I've seen horrible QC issues with 2020 Bowman Draft, especially on the chrome side of things in a box I ordered. I'll be sending in pack-damaged cards to Topps from that personal box. What happens if you open damaged cards for us (no fault of your own of course) since we would need the barcode from the box and receipt to send in a claim with Topps? fwiw, all 3 of my autos from my personal box were scratched, and a huge portion of the other chrome cards had either scratches or chrome dimples.

I can't say this with 100% certainty, but I'm pretty sure Topps won't do anything for you on those issues. While Topps will replace damaged cards, they have a standard they go by and scratches and dimples would not be covered. They will replace VERY miscut cards, but I'm pretty sure surface issues would have to be very bad to get replaced.

That being said I haven't seen anything that Dave had broken yet that would qualify for return.

Thanks for your input. No need to guess, thankfully... a couple weeks ago I found the page I linked to below on Topps' web site. If you click on that link and then look for the PDF form posted there (it will say "cardclaimform (1).pdf"), you'll see the specific conditions that qualify for the replacement program (only current year cards qualify). "Scratch" is on the list, and in my case that's the problem with most of the cards from that box. As for the chrome dimpled cards, I admit, that might be tougher, but there is an "other" field where you can write in your damage type, so I'll be giving that a whirl. There's no way I'm spending $300 on a box of cardboard squares and then just roll over when they ship me damaged goods, especially all 3 autos. Here's the link...
