I didn't even know this was releasing today, so I hadn't even opened Blowout yet today....

I just opened up the BO thread, figured I was screwed, but bought two very easily

Uefa is going to give Finest Baseball a run for its money in profit margin. There will be 'base' cards close to $1000 raw out the gate. I would think boxes fetch more then a grand pretty quickly.

GPK is a nice low key hold as well. Prices will dip on it fast....but I think it will bounce back hot.

It's really good members get first chance to renew the membership because this is going to be in even higher demand next year with all of the different collector groups wanting in.

As some noted in the Soccer forum, it depends on whether the base is a blue atomic or a regular atomic. Blue Atomic would be a big money maker for the base cards.

sorry if this has been discussed, but did Topps screw up with allowing us to buy 2 per account online? The email said 1, box print run you would think would only allow us 1. Seems like maybe a mishap

The second email saying this was live said 2 boxes.

I love love love love love when you can see new into the hobby people lose their minds when they cant flip or get their hands on a product.

The throw around a couple thousand dollars and think they have some clout.

Maybe we should tell them about the guys who dropped 6+ figures and now cant even get a call back from distributors.

Trust me as a guy who jumped into tons of soccer product before the explosion.....its not going to matter. This stuff will be fire. Blowout offer 3x the box price 20 minutes after release....is a huge indicator.

I snagged up as much as I could off ebay for +/- 10% of their buy. Will see what all comes in.

I'm not mad at anyone in Montgomery who bought them. I'm mad that Topps delayed the release of 19/20 regular CL by almost a year and then dropped an unknown never before released product less than a week later. I also collect baseball and it's not meant to be hate at any collector. I just see the writing on the wall and the printing presses are turned all the way up which is not good for any of us.

Unlike the previous 2 years everyone knew about Montgomery Club this year. I can't believe the amount of people that could of bought but said it was a terrible value. Even worse the longtime members on here that refused to renew their membership for a measly $200. What is $200 in the hobby now? Less than nothing. Even if you thought you were flushing $200 down the toilet people lose more than that opening a few hundred dollars worth of retail at resale prices now.

No? 2019 basketballs products would disagree, may still be printing some of that stuff. This Sapphire HAS numbered parallels guaranteed per box, this isn't 91 Fleer, it has only so many boxes and less than half to the general public...it's a perfect storm

I dont want to pump, pump, pump but an hour ago bins were getting hit at $200. Now they are getting slammed within seconds if they are under $299.

and from looking at the eBay profiles of most of the sellers they arent Montgomery members. Most have less than 100 feedback with few if any card sales so the bots go these as much as anyone.

I thought this years memberships would sell out in a couple minutes if topps website could handle the orders that quick without countless errors. It was available for hours and easy to order.

Many who threatend to not renew because there was too little value, renewed in any case and are just as excited to be able to buy again. But we all knew that was going to happen.
