Maybe they switch to prints on demand and only have the artists sign the quantity that is actually purchased over a set time to manage cost. I don't mind a delay for a premium product.
For sure. As an artist, there is only upside for me. I will gladly sign the prints as they send them to me, and even if they take a while to sell on site, having that passive income opportunity is a win in my book. I certainly hope they continue and do all 400.

I probably could have bought another case, but I was content with what I got. If you have your account set up with your payment info and you are signed in, it usually takes a couple minutes due to traffic.
2019 was 40 boxes, and you could re-order multiple times if you or your connection was fast enough. Or so I assume.

The difference of me still having them or not means I'm not a quick flip guy. They are the true culprits of us not being able to get what we want on release day at MSRP.

I buy all Soccer NOW cards, but I couldn't get a single box of yesterday's Topps soccer release. I tried, but ended up with exactly zero. That's been about par for the course for nearly every release this year outside of the Montgomery Club.
This right here. I used to break one box of Draft for my birthday every December, but there's no way I want to spend that much money on that much base and a couple parallels.

Its probably good this is all coming out now.

I don't want to be breaking up fistfights after people have a few drinks at Wheeler's Project 2020 party next year!

I believe that makes the Gwynn the low PR for Foils to date at 123?

When I saw the Fucci Clemente it made me think of a celebration of life after an untimely death. Maybe I'm reading too much into the composition. Either way I enjoy his use of color and the card makes me happy.

Is anyone else a fan of Efdot responding to nasty Facebook comments left on Topps ads? I'm wincing, but I can't turn away.

Ignorant question; if people are buying them to resell, and the stock largely goes to resellers, what is the meaningful difference if they are holding 6 days, 6 months, or 6 years? I would think with a large number of quick flippers, undercutting would occur because they don't have capital to hold, which would drive down secondary market prices (and cause long term holders to potentially hold longer to get to goal prices)? Or is it that they are creating a new secondary market place of things that would not normally resell that long term holders aren't buying?

I agree get it all out of the way before we all hop on the train to Kansas!!!! Love you both. Disagreements are fine. Mutual respect is appreciated. I think you both bring much to the TP2020 table. I like deep insight. I like fanboying. I like pumping. I like criticism. I like snarky jokes. We're all in this brawl together and we have one common enemy:

This was my thought process as well. If I want to buy a box of a product for myself to open, I don't really care if someone buying 20+ boxes is planning on selling immediately or in a couple of years. The result is the same for me: odds of me getting a box straight from Topps decrease.

Additionally, people who buy large quantities of these releases to hold for years might be even more frustrating for people looking to buy a box or two to break. At least with quick flippers, the boxes are in circulation immediately. Idk, at the end of the day people can spend their money how they want.

I would like to say I am FIRMLY in TBP's camp.

As well as FIRMLY in Wheeler's camp.

Both P2020 OG's and the Project wouldn't be the same without them!!

It looks like the Mays is Taylor's low PR, and by a good margin.
