eBay and new managed payments with seller hub? - Page 24

And when I go to my seller's hub and click the "Payments" tab, the list of sales is gone.
Nothing shows.
Is this just me, or everyone else having the same issue as well?

I got the same message and was freaking out about it since I'm newly enrolled. Good to know it wasn't just some screwed up setting on my end.

I got the same message. Came a few hours after they said they had sent my payout. I feel a bit relieved now.

got the payout email at 5 something am and declined 3 hours later. Has anyone that had this issue gotten it resolved yet?

On 12/1, a different payment went through just fine, from ebay to that same bank account.

Its a system wide outage its on Ebays end they have said they are working to fix it and should have it corrected ASAP. They have been good about fixing these errors in the past so right now its just waiting on them.

You are protected if they are. I remember in 2010 when Paypal went out for over a week and you could not send money or get money into your account. It was showing paid but not crediting properly.

I'm sure we are protected, but just worried about how long it will actually take to receive the funds now.

Same with me. I also had 5 payments all hit my bank account at the same time today as well. Never had that happen either.

If this is a problem on ebay's end, and they know it, shouldn't they send out a courtesy email explaining the situation and let everyone know they are working on it? Seems like the responsible thing to do when you're dealing with people's bank accounts

I told them the same thing over Twitter, telling them to address the problem even if they are only at the stage of investigating it.
I doubt they even look at some of these tweets though, especially when there are multiple tweeting them about the same problem.

Could also be that they just don't want to announce anything until the background of issue is 100% known.

Why. The fees are for the service if they get them done today you will likely not miss a beat. They state 5 business days this will likely remain in that time frame so by the agreement there is no issue

This is not a major issue in the overall system. Last year at one point about 7 days worth of deposits got screwed up. They all eventually arrived.

May not be an ebay error maybe an issue with the clearinghouse that processes these for most banks. Seeing some ss recipients did not get their funds today. My step daughter gets hers on the 3rd but usually available in bank on the second she dont have it

I got mine just after midnight eastern time in my Navy Fed account and its still there. I get weekly payouts so is this just daily payouts or are both having problems?

It seems to be just todays deposit so far. Should not affect weekly ones.
