I just picked up this 1955 Topps Clemente Rookie raw. As with many 1955 Topps it has a centering problem. Here is my question....
- Should I send it in and allow qualifiers to get the higher number grade? - Or should I send it in and NOT allow qualifiers to get the lower grade but without the qualifier? Also would you recommend PSA or other for this particular card? |

PSA qualifiers are generally seen as the qualified number grade minus two. So a qualified 7 is generally considered a 5.
Personally I would not get qualifiers. |

With your card you don't get a choice. That card is miscut because it has part of the bottom border cut off. You will get a miscut (MC) qualifier.
