1955 Clemente - Opinion On PSA Qualifiers

I just picked up this 1955 Topps Clemente Rookie raw. As with many 1955 Topps it has a centering problem. Here is my question....

- Should I send it in and allow qualifiers to get the higher number grade?

- Or should I send it in and NOT allow qualifiers to get the lower grade but without the qualifier?

Also would you recommend PSA or other for this particular card?

PSA qualifiers are generally seen as the qualified number grade minus two. So a qualified 7 is generally considered a 5.

Personally I would not get qualifiers.

With your card you don't get a choice. That card is miscut because it has part of the bottom border cut off. You will get a miscut (MC) qualifier.
