Just read up a bit on this, and I'm baffled.

I look forward to seeing this case play out. I suspect this is not going to end well for the kid, but I suppose we'll see.

This is starting to sound way too familiar - PA yesterday -

In his ruling, Brann said the Trump campaign presented "strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations ... unsupported by evidence."

"In other words, Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters. This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated. One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened. Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice. "

I don't believe this for one moment. It must be Fake News. Mr Donald J Trump, the One Source of Truth, the most honest and honorable man to ever hold public office, was very clear in his statement. It was short and concise, unmistakable. "I WON!"

All you doubters need to just give it up. How can anyone argue with the One Source of Truth? Anything in conflict with what the honorable Trump says must simply be Fake. That's just the way it is.

Indeed, but let them keep pretending he is somehow the victim in this.

"Trumpers" is a term that describes a failed movement these days. In a few years, Trumpers will be forgotten, discarded and tossed aside like an empty beer can at a frat party. Those now referred to as "Trumpers" will have moved on with their lives, finding a new outlet for their frustrations. Perhaps they'll reinvigorate the art of Square Dancing or some other noble, artistic pursuit. One thing we can be sure of is that the popularity of Nascar will soar again as these people begin to move on with their lives.

As Trumpers fade and their movement passes into history, I hope that some of them will denounce the divisive rhetoric they've embraced and come on home, back to an America that will always welcome them as family, so long as they do the same. The choice of what comes next for the broken relationships of America is theirs to make.

However these former Trumpers choose to behave moving forward, their movement has been terminated. The sooner we all realize that, the sooner we can recover.

I'm just waiting for another Rudy press conference where they claim to have mountains of evidence and are just waiting for their day in court to present it. How many days in court across several states do you guys need to present this overwhelming evidence of voter fraud?

This is laughable. Cannot wait for Biden to be inaugurated so we can all move past this.

I was having a good laugh at the caller on Rush who was crying about Trump and Rush being the only two true Republicans who care about fellow Republicans. Literal tears. And yes, I enjoyed watching the liberals melt down in 2016, especially The Young Turks. Big fan of watching smug people get handed a pile of humble pie.

Batman is in the process of sticking all the inmates back into Arkham. The kooky weirdos had their fun, playtime is over.

Getting enjoyment from others pain. Sounds like you and the Trumpers have more in common than you thought.

I wish this was true, lol. Sadly, Biden is no Batman. Although, Jill could probably take Robin. : )

Apparently, being a NASCAR fan falls under the category of “judging them for their choices” and not “respecting their wishes and not being a jerk for no reason “.

Coachnip for the win. When someone posts hundreds of times a week, it’s easy to contradict oneself.

BLM says Biden needs to "abolish" prisons. Can't wait to see what happens when he doesn't!

She’s going to get personal and avoid answering, but I would just like to know when it’s okay to judge people for their choices (her quote) and when it’s necessary to respect someone’s wishes and not be a jerk (also her quote).

Well, we all know that someone currently is being a jerk. No surprise there.

Just saw a clip of Sydney Powell saying something like massive amount of communist money coming in from Venezuela, Cuba and China to affect the election. As far as Venezuela goes, massive must mean by volume and not value. She could have left off Cuba too.

Okay, here you go: this was the post you quoted and conveniently left out the second sentence.

The second post you quoted was in reference to transgenderism, which you also conveniently left out.

So, to put you down yet again, I'll simply say that it's okay to judge someone for choosing to follow Nascar. It's not okay to judge someone for being born transgender.

Try to keep up. I tire of educating you repeatedly.

Perhaps you'd have more fun watching cars drive in circles or doing the puzzles they put on the back of Happy Meals. Those things are far easier to understand.

Enjoy your afternoon. : )

A does not equal B. The movement was wildly successful, evidence through policy gains and SCOTUS majority. To suggest it's "failed" is a disconnect from reality.

But it is over.
