Kendrick Perkins

I know he wasn't really much of a player, but it is fun listening to him.

Every time he starts talking, he always starts off with, "Look" and then a couple sentences in and he says, "Listen". Then, he usually ends with his, "He's a dog. He's a pit bull".

He's so ghetto…….but in a good way, amiright???

Yea he's pretty entertaining to hear and funny at times. I'd rather hear Perkins over Stephen/Max. Bam out-of-the-bayou!!

^^^totally agree. He does not have to scream to be heard (like Stephen A. and we all know what the A stands for). Max is pretty good, but, again, something about listening to Perk that makes you want to listen maybe because he's an ex-player...…...

stephen A smith is thee worst, i thought skip bayless was pretty bad, but he takes the cake.

Perk may not be the most articulate sounding, but he certainly gives solid views on things...give me him over sas anyday!

Max is fine on his own but when he's around Stephen A. he has to wear a different mask. I agree about Perk having played in the league and also he doesn't seem stuck up, I don't get that vibe from him at least.

Man they're both on the same level to me, Skip's got this more punchable aura because he's more serious but Stephen A tries waaaaaay too damn hard and after all the wrong predictions he's made he still talks about stuff like he knows more than everyone else. Like holy crap Stephen settle down man, are you okay? You on drugs or something?? lol
Perkins casual persona is what sells me on him.

I don't think the way he said it or implied it was racist.

He said Perkins talks ghetto and I agree he does, what he means is he talks with a street vernacular as many people do who grow up in lower end neighborhoods, people of all colors, white, black, latino, asian, doesn't matter it's not exclusive to any particular race. I grew up in it, and am still technically here but gentrification improved the area greatly. I can turn it off and on if I want to, the street vernacular never leaves you, but my default is to not use it.
