Same here. They are usually quick but they didn’t update mine the same day like they normally do (I have Super Express)

I’m guessing they’re a bit backed up because USPS observed the holiday on Wednesday.

Does anyone know if PSA operates on Saturdays?

Anyone know what the work schedule at PSA is like? Are they working seven days a week? Or do they keep normal 9-5 hours? Not interested in a job just curious how many hours per week are actually being dedicated to trimming down that backlog or if the company is totally fine with raising prices and turning cards around after six months since consumers still use their service?

One of mine just moved to assemby recieved 8/28 Economy. The brutal part is the one recieved 8/24 is still in grading and has 5 monster crossovers I would love to have back soon but I will take a little movement.

I'm pretty sure they work 7 days a week on at least 1 shift... however, they only count standard business days for tracking order # of days. They are hiring as much help as they can, but I doubt they are offering Overtime, that'll kill margins and Joe Orlando doesn't give AF about the ridonkulous lead times, or any of the trimmed cards his buddies are allowed to submit.

If they aren't working 7 days a week for 16 hours a day, with a bathroom or smoke break only once every 2 hours I will be furious.

I have a question.. if you submit a 5 day submission and they go past 5 days do they still charge full price or give you a discount considering the circumstances.. I fully understand they have a business but if you pay for a turnaround that is not possible they should bump the price down am I incorrect? This is a PSA sub...

Just had an economy order pop. Took almost exactly 4 months from day I mailed it.

12 cards. 9/12 Gemmed!

The other 3... ugh. I'll live and learn.

This really surprises me. I had to do a double take. I have another Economy order (with vouchers) that was delivered on 8/26 and grading on 10/20 that still hasn't moved.

Not complaining as the economy order that's moving is loaded!

Just checked this morning and finally into QA2, hopefully not as long for this stage as my QA1. These stages in past were usually just a few days, at most.

I'm hoping to have just gotten lucky on one making it's way through fast. Now I'm just hoping it doesn't live in Assembly for a month.

Anybody know why PSA description review is not showing up on one of my submissions? It is in QA2 and the cards are not showing up now. Does that mean it will be popping soon?

I believe that to be correct. I went through a similar thing a couple weeks ago....I believe mine popped that same day or the next day.

I’m getting antsy now.

USPS shows it was dropped 11/13
Tracking -# still doesn’t show up in PSA’s system when entered in the find my package field.

Ya when my last order went into QA2 all the cards disappeared. And didn't show up again until grades popped. Took 3 or 4 days, but was over a weekend. Pretty sure it was Thursday to Monday that it was blank. This was on a Economy order not a CC order though I'd guess it is the same.

Sent two emails from PSA today. The first being that they were getting the orders ready. The second with my list of cards to review once they hit grading. Moving quick.
