I disagree with this. Reason being, for the most parts tmall releases have not compared with U.S. retail. Optic tmall is the only equivalent to an orange optic U.S. retail box.

Select was equivalent to regular non-hybrid hobby and select is a hobby only product anyway. Contenders optic is a similar story to select. Tmall lucky envelope boxes across brands are only 2 cards and an entirely different product altogether.

Tmall hasn't negatively affected prices but that's only because it hasn't been produced in formats that directly dilute U.S. retail. The one exception I noted was optic, but optic is now in an entirely different tier of product as 2nd only to prizm, and we know the optic tmall print run was miniscule (~300 cases only) as that was part of the first wave of tmall with select. Panini has now gone nuts on tmall and I'd reasonably assume this should be a massive release for mosaic way beyond optic production

Stumbled on a MJ vendor at a local store. Not a scheduled stocking for her she was just pushing the stuff from the back.

Pulled down 5 mega and some Pokemon ETB. Nine total mega today. Hoping for more tomorrow.

I think in general most of us can't, just seems like this thread is full of people finding gobs of this stuff to the point where getting only 7 Megas is sad lol. Just jealous because I wish I was able to run across one restock of this stock even if it was just a couple hangers. I can't even find Donruss Holiday blasters lol

I believe those are hangers. I see quite a few eBay sales in the $40 range.

I believe it is one of the largest Chinese business to person shopping websites. Think Amazon. Similar to Target or Walmart getting exclusive sets, Tmall gets their own exclusive releases of certain products. If I am incorrect, someone will surely share that

Stopped at the closest Walmart this morning on a whim. The trading card section was picked clean of sports cards. Plenty of Magic the Gathering and the like, a few Star Wars Journey of the Child and Garbage Pail Kids blasters, and one box of hockey. No trays or price tags that I saw. Who knows if this store has gotten Mosaic restocks or not but I was surprised not to see any WWE or baseball.

I've been trying to scratch this itch to break some without spending 300 plus on hobby boxes. I went everywhere today (8 different walmarts/targets) and there was no restock before I had gotten to any of them. I was kind of hoping brickseek would help me out but apparently those counts are way off. I am getting tired of seeing the same 2-3 dudes just standing there waiting for a restock but I'm sure I am just jealous that they have that kind of time to kill day in and day out.

May be a 1% chance, lol... but I agree it has been so rare to find it without a person stocking... actually very common now is walking in seeing a guy in the aisle already looking and on his phone (probably sending the text out to the rest of the city) and thus, saving me the extra 25-50’ feet of walking, lol

It would be lucky to find that... that’s either a small amount left from a non flipping store or you split that with others, have spot with 10 and left with the exact amount and one other time split with 5 and left with 2 mega and 9 hangers
