What a roller coaster. Went to bed with things leaning Trump but seems that faded away with the mail in votes finally getting counted. That was closer than I expected but as I predicted Biden wins. My IRA won't like it but luckily I have plenty of time before retirement. Enjoy yourselves in here folks. Don't be too nasty to each other. See you all in the 2024 thread!

As a right leaning Never Trumper, this election was destined to suck either way it went. Getting Trump out of the White House doesn't feel all that great when Joe Biden is the consolation prize.

So based on my math, it looks like Susan Collins should hold on to her seat unless there's a big blue chunk of votes out there, which could bring her below 50% and bring ranked choice voting into play

If there really are outstanding Dem votes in blue parts of GA, Perdue could drop below 50% which would require a runoff alongside the Loeffler/Warnock runoff. I find it highly unlikely Dems would win those runoffs.

Did Reps actually ADD House seats as well as hold the Senate? Oh what could have been for Trump. Still not sure how all these Dem run cities are able to wait to count votes until they know what is needed, but my day will go by just the same.
