Should have added something cheap for free shipping, but missed out on the TC Sapphire MC pre-sale because it "sold out", so I quickly bought the Ginter X and just paid for shipping.

How many MC members are there? Wouldn't be surprised if only MC members get boxes of this. PR probably less than 3000 boxes and that's with a sizable bump from the last two years.

I don't have multiple memberships, but the email says, "A max of 1 box per 582 membership will be in place." Very explicit it's per membership rather than per household or whatever else like they've said in the past.

I think this was the right price. A bit higher than previous years but not exorbitant.

I have to contact Topps Customer support and they will usually charge my CC if I need another box since I have two memberships. I am not able to order a second box on my own.

I'm just saying at $50, it's not like Topps was losing money on 2019 TC Sapphire. But I think part of the reason the TC Sapphire line became so popular was because of the initial price point. And if Topps keeps the initial cost down, I think it will stay popular.

Add a Topps Now card to the order or the Topps Attax booster pack and you'll get a free shipping option for the whole order.

No published number of MC members but there are estimates of 2,000. I would agree that if the PR stays like previous years, there may not be a raffle or public sale.

Given the extremely low print run of Ginter X (relative to other products), I wouldn't be surprised if they capped the number of MC orders.

Certainly, but there is photo evidence of 2020 signers having very few Ginter X cards to sign, which would be consistent with previous years (25 each in 2018, 30 each in 2019).
