Wow...

I know its a Fox news link but the video is in it with what he actually said

He should answer the question.

The senate should do the will of the people as well regarding the SCOTUS
The POTUS should also answer some question about his health - but hey! If that nasty ol' Democrat doesn't answer a question - burn him, but give a pass to your boys

Didn't he say, in the debate, that the voters deserved to have some say in the Supreme Court choices?

It seems our little microcosm is no more immune to gameplay than the larger political landscape.

Libs were likewise nuts over nearly the entire 8 years of W. Bush, too.
Republicans actively despised and undermined Clinton & Obama for 8 solid years apiece. This is not a new phenomenon. It has been standard operating procedure for those out of power for nearly 30 years now.

To be fair, it's likely that Biden doesn't know his position on this matter yet. It's possible that his handlers haven't told him his position. It's also possible he doesn't remember it.

Packing the court is wrong.

Adding two new states that would most certainly lean Democrat for years would be wrong.

But elections have consequences. Right?

If it happens, it happens.

Blame Harry Reid.

Blame Mitch McConnell.

Blame the new Senate Majority Leader.

Voters don't deserve and answer, and they shouldn't believe any answer if one came.

He knew his position during the primaries. Hmmm maybe he forgot or maybe the farther left is getting to him to support it like they do. Voters have a right to know

So if Trump does somehow win re-election I can see within a few days if not the next day talking about trying to impeach him again over some crap they make up he did.

If he cant answer the question then and quite a few Dems are for it then i have to lump him with them right?

I agree, voters have a right to know. 100%

Honestly, I consider myself center right but I am disgusted by Trump and likely to vote dem for the first time in my life (in a presidential election). But packing the court is a really bad idea imo. I'd feel the same way no matter which side was considering it. Biden's refusal to answer this question could cost him my vote. It's pretty important to me as a voter.

I still will not vote for Trump though, no matter what.

You should lump him in whatever category you feel.

Of course, what you believe he'll do if given the opportunity gives no insight into what he'll actually do.

Harry Reid made a terrible decision for JV judges.

McConnell made a terrible decision at a varsity level (not allowing Garland to go through the process).

The nameless Senate Majority Leader (if the Dems take control) could make a terrible decision at the professional level.

Basically one-upping each other at every level. That's bad for the country.

I wouldn't fault the Dems for packing the courts and Senate. I wouldn't do it, but it's where we're headed.

Trump wasn't impeached the first time for made up crap. And he wouldn't be a second time if he wins and that's his fate.

Made up? Maybe not. Crap? Probably.

I wouldn't be surprised if the paperwork is already drawn up with a fill-in-the-blank for the charges. Whatever crap they can find will be enough for them to attempt.

I also wouldn't be surprised if they actually found something worthy, lol. I mean, its Trump.

Actually was weak crap to impeach and Numbskull Nancy knew it. She decided after Hillary left the spotlight in 2016 she needed to become the new wicked witch of polictics.
