I thought about that, but my social media consists of Blowout, no Facebook, no twitter, no instagram, no tiktoc, no tinder, nothing, I’ve got enough friends and family to screw things up and don’t need digital ones too, lol. I guess I can create a twitter just to complain. I prefer to do my complaining in person if possible.

Maybe go old fashioned and write a snail mail letter to the head honcho?

EDIT #3 - after 2 hours I was called back again and the lady was nice but now told me bulk orders are taking 145-150 business days and my order is only on business day 141 (it should be day 144, so even playing games by a few days it seems)... when i submitted it was 100-110 days, after Covid they moved to 110-120 days, when I inquired in early Sept via email it was now 120-130, and finally got someone on the phone it was 145-150 days. They honestly do not care, she said she can cancel the order and send it back if I'm concerned about my cards (but it's passed grading and in assembly, so it was graded but they'll just send it back with all that work done?). And she outright said some bulk orders get processed quicker depending on the complexity (i.e. yeah, we play favorites).

Moral of the story, don't send anything in for bulk grading and expect it back before mid-May 2021 (all those LouBob's might have tanked if he starts out in a slump).

So new submitter question here:

I'm prepping my first bulk order, but I also plan to move out of state next summer. I'm a little concerned about the order not getting back to me before the move, based on everyone's comments about PSA delays.

Is it easy enough to change the return delivery address after the order has already been submitted?

This is on the PSA Tracker for each order, you should be able to change addresses when you find out where your new place is...

'If you need to update or change your address on any current orders, please call Customer Service at 1-800-325-1121 or email info@PSAcard.com. Please have your order number(s) and new address ready before you call or provide it in your email. Changing your address in your account does not affect orders currently in the grading process. Once your order has reached QA Check 2 in the process, we cannot update or change your address.'

I've had a Economy CC order stuck in QA2 since 9/30, after moving through Assembly/QA1 really quick. That department must be behind as I thought it was known to be the fastest checkpoint.

You'll get an email once the barcode on the package was scanned and then when it gets entered into their system, it shows up under my orders in your psa account.
