Default 2010/11 The Cup one tin...What The???

I'm not a hockey collector but my LCS gave me a good deal on a tin. From reading the nice break, I took a chance.

Here's the break from the order it came out of

Evander Kane base
Eric Wellwood RPA 2 color /249
Phil Kessel Signature Patch Auto /75
Seguin/Eberle/Skinner Trios Jersey /25
Henrik Karlsson RPA 2 color /249

From the way most YouTube breaks, the last card is usually a base & I had this feeling that Upperdeck kicked me in Nuts.

I slowly pullEd the top and see only white border I thought it was a decoy. Then from the side it wasn't a decoy, so it's a redemption.

When I read the redemption, "2010-11 The Cup Sidney Crosby Tribute Auto #d to 10 Player Name: BARRY SANDERS."

My reaction, "What The? Why is Barry Sanders in this product?"

I collect football card and this was amazing.

I don't know much about the value of the hockey cards. Tell me how I did.

By the way, this was the tin from a fresh 6 tins case. Was the Barry Sanders a case hit, or should I get another. I've asked the LCS owner to hold me one from the same case.

Maybe it is a typo... I think you would rather have the Crosby

I'd sell the redemption..Sanders has a high following and being new and/or Hockey I think you'll be very happy with the results!

I would think UD would consider the Sanders a case hit (often were last year) as they are tougher to pull in 10/11 as the checklist is smaller. I assume the Sanders will not have a patch as the Ovechkin Tribute cards specify the cards are patch autos. However, doesn't mean the rest of the case will be a dud as that isn't an ultra high end hit.

Sells pretty well, though not as well as the Marino. Sweet card!

A 6 box case at my LCS had a Sanders redemption(it sold for $361) and TWO /99 rookie patch autos(Skinner(sold for $860) and Bobrovsky). Plus a couple Mario Lemieux autos, and a Stamkos jumbo patch auto.
