Usually I can just go back and copy/paste this from Heel's signature. Now the search is a little more difficult.

You know that.
No, it isn't. The literal IFR that the CDC has provided is 0.26%. That means that out of 400 infections, 399 survive.

The CDC also estimates that the number of infections is 10x-15x greater than the #'s recorded, which is how they likely have determined the infection fatality rate.

Science!

Seven months in and people have no idea what they are talking about. It still amazes me.

His image only got a boost with his base. He looks like a moron to everyone else.

Quick Quiz:
400 Chris Christies walk into a bar.....
How many walk out?

400 Trumps walk into a bar....
How many walk out?

Just curious?

No, just a lot of the covid-related ones from the past few months, due to his dereliction of duty.

To answer your question, I work away from home.

He needs to be healthy, that way he can pack his bags all by himself once he gets the boot....once he loses his fan base will deteriorate. With that being said...I really hope there is a good candidate for the (R) party in 2024. I have been on that side more than once in my life...just not right now with this turdburger.

Impossible to know the answers to that question. Simply put, a random sampling of 400 people walk into a bar and 399 walk out. (I do know that both Trump and Christie are higher risk than the average population, beyond that, no clue).

For more information on how the CDC came about this # and how they have even broken it down into four age groups, you can find the data here ...https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019...scenarios.html

Long story short, this is their current breakdown for infection fatality rates across the population:

0-19 years: 1 in 333,333
20-49 years: 1 in 50,000
50-69 years: 1 in 200
70+ years: 1 in 20

His little "spin" around the hospital parking lot was about the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Really endeared himself with the Secret Service with that move. I'm sure there are plenty of people applauding this move though.

I doubt 400 Chris Christies could fit into a normal bar.

The mere thought of the existence of 400 Trumps made me too nauseated to intelligently answer the second question.

I will concede the point to you that we cannot compete with China playing by the rules of today. The rules we wrote ourselves. I am simply saying they need to change.

This is a pretty good read from 20 years ago.

We knew it was bad, and we did it anyways.

Now we are going to elect an even bigger bag man for China? No thanks. Biden may ship another 5 million jobs out.

Last I paid attention to was an IFR of twice that. When is the 0.26% coming from? I think August was 0.6% or so.

Did the CDC drop it recently?

26 out of 10,000. It is what it is.
