Claim process started 9/28.

Never shipped....but refunded me immediately once claim was opened (which stated I wanted the card) - so seller did have a chance to still ship.

Looks like the only way you can get money back is via CC as you are outside ebays window of 30 days and paypals 45 day window. So if you used a CC thru paypal you should be ok.

I believed Paypal has a 180 days dispute window.

It was changed. All you have to do is open a dispute within 180 days.

That is some bs , because USPS tracking disappears after 6 months. I can see 90 days , but 180 is unreal.
