I’ve contacted PSA twice and they just say bulk submissions are taking between 120-130 business days now, I’m calling bs on that, when I sent my order in the lead time was 100-110 business days. It just seems I’m getting the runaround, the last rep said the order is in queue and nothing for me to do. I’ve been patient but this is getting ridiculous. Even if my order moves from grading (where it’s been for 3+ weeks) to QC1 check and moves perfectly through the system, it’ll be 2+ weeks before I get my cards in hand, but let’s be honest it’ll be 3-4 weeks.

I’m just getting frustrated that others are given preferential treatment while my first PSA order in over a year is ignored. When it’s all said and done It’ll be 9+ months from dropping off the bulk order at the post office and sent back to me.

If anyone knows anyone that can help move my order along I’d be thankful.
I hear ya man. I have a 106 modern bulk i dropped into the mailbox on 2/17 that is in assembly. If I get it back 10/17 that will be 8 months. Probably 100 business days in psa time lol. I have to look back to see what cards I submitted.

Default Running PSA Order Tracker

I was putting a submission together last night and saw the banner on the site said 9-10 weeks from delivery to enter a submission into processing. Is that a new timeline or has it said 9-10 for awhile now?

It was 7 weeks. Not sure how PSA thinks this is acceptable.

I think it's new -- definitely accurate, though.

Just received an email from PSA a few minutes ago -- a bulk order that was delivered to them on 7/21 went into processing today.

It’s making them money, which is smart I guess when their resources are maxed out. I ended up moving about half the cards I had set aside to send through a group bulk sub over to my direct to PSA economy pile as I couldn’t justify waiting 6-7 months to save $8 per card.

Amazing. They even went out of their way to let everyone know they could submit cards in toploaders and they would still be accepted. So if you send something in now it might not even be logged in until early December...

So if I submit a bulk order today it won’t be logged in till around Dec 1st, then 130-ish business days puts it being shipped out around mid May 2021 after accounting for Holidays. Wow, that puts thing in perspective, cards sent today won’t be back till 30+ days after opening day 2021.

So if I send a card in under express level service it might not be 7-8 weeks until they actually accept it into the system from the time it is delivered to them?

Correct. If you send it express they will bring it in within a day or two of it arriving.

Thanks at first I thought I might sit there for 7-8 weeks waiting to be accepted into the system before grading.

Got an upcharge email last night on this, so shipping should be today. Pretty happy with results: 2 8’s (not sure what I missed here), 6 9’s, and 7 10’s. Upcharged $175 on 3 of the 10’s.

Why were you upcharged $175?

Because of the values being over the economy threshold. 1 x $75, 2 x $50. Will get refunded the 3 vouchers.

Anyone ever had something be delivered but the status is 'available for pick-up'...? Like... are we now waiting for PSA to pick up something?

This was an express order.

Not to mention, I sent an express order in earlier this month and it got delivered... never went through this available for pick up stage

My QA1 is 9/16...so based on your dates, mine should move to QA2 in the next couple of days!

We have virtually the same received date from PSA (6/9 for me).

Yes just waiting for them to pick it up. I had an express order that never showed "delivered". Just showed the same thing but then PSA emailed me saying they've received it. USPS tracking still doesn't show delivered though.

Fingers crossed we both get grades (and good ones) by the end of the week, haha
