I got the same, after about 9 hours I got an email saying I had to then confirm the transaction. So confirmed and described it and it said it could take up to 5 days to be reviewed. I messaged houdini about it. Ironically the money is out of my account already.

I had to do this same thing with William Contreras in 2019 Bowman. Delayed payment, provide birthdate, etc. I think it took about 2 days to clear.

I haven't called; that's just what was asked in the email. But when I went to Resolution Center in PayPal they just asked to explain the transaction (no specific question) and it was asked as if I was the seller. Odd.

I didnt see it ask me that but mine was a foreign player to so I wonder if it did. Hopefully it doesnt screw up the process. Hopefully hear from Houdini on it.

I had someone respond to my chat after nine hours. They said they needed to review it still. I also did the resolution box and explained it was baseball players and they needed to resolve it quickly. It said up to five days for me also. I guess we'll have to do letters instead of names instead ir it flags baseball player names to hold up payments. I've made three other PayPal payments tonight and they went fine. It's just this transaction with players names.
