I mean the state Supreme Court said they were so it’s basically a game of what judge gets the case in front of them. People seem to want states rights until they go against what they personally want lol

It's funny/sad how some things never change.

When public health initiatives were pushed in the 1950s, the republican party fought against them, saying they were part of a communist conspiracy. When the AIDS crisis hit in the 1980s, President Reagan's staff attempted to keep Surgeon General Koop from mailing AIDS prevention information to every US household.

In both instances, republicans were proven wrong.

Now, republicans are again cheering, this time because of the reversal of efforts to help quell a pandemic.

It's sad and embarrassing that you hold a piece of paper written over 200 years ago in higher regard than you do the lives of your fellow citizens.
