When you say that you tried entering again was that with the same topps account or a different one? If it is allowing you to enter again with the same account then something is wrong.

It is crazy to think that dizzydski could possibly getting a lot of chances to purchase boxes. Were the addresses you guys used @gmail.com also?

Okay in that case I believe it is likely the form is being altered on submit. So you aren't actually creating an entry for yourself, you are creating entries for that email instead. Hopefully they can fix that for you and get you entered. As far as keeping it fair they should be able to easily extract only one entry per an email when pulling it from the database. Whether or not they actually do that is another story though.

Where are the group numbers coming from. When I entered all I got was a screen that said Your form is successfully saved. You will get further information if you are a winner.

Just got an email. Signed up last night on phone and got nothing. JUst did it on the iPad and instantly got an email. Says group 1 and has correct email address

I've tried to submit a form several times both via laptop and iPhone over the course of several hours and I get a return email with a different customer email each time. 2 random gmails and a random yahoo.

No winners are screwed. Whether you receive the email or not, if you’re a winner and logged into your account you will be able to purchase. So don’t worry, if you’ve entered the raffle, stop worrying about it, enjoy the holiday weekend and log into Topps next Tuesday and if you won you’ll still be able to purchase. They hold a box for all of the winners.

Now be American and enjoy the last weekend of summer, Labor Day weekend, with no worries. And stop worrying yourself with this thread. Don’t bother checking back here until next week also.

I don't know if this is true. It allows them to keep re-entering which tells me that Topps doesn't have their account considered registered for the raffle. Having a background in coding, if they had a raffle entry tied to that account it will not let you enter again. Therefore I do not believe accounts with this issue are in the running. If any of those raffles get pulled it is going to the account belonging to those bogus emails not to their account.

I'm less worried about winning the raffle as I am about how my access link to Topps could potentially be hacked/broken, or if these emails are NOT hackers/bots but real people who now have their emails sent to random customers.

This was my first post on this thread after realizing I wasn't the only one to experience this issue. Ultimately I have no skin in this raffle and won't be heartbroken if I'm not entered. But I appreciate your attempt at concern.

Definitely send a support request to Topps and attach screenshots. For a potential account security issue you should be entitled to a timely response. Another poster suggested it's the coding for the raffles that could be compromised so it's not necessarily your account that's affected. If you're concerned you can remove any saved payment methods from your Topps account.

Has anyone put forth the idea yet that Group 1 is comprised of non-MC members and MC members that did not purchase in the MC presale, while Group 21 are MC members that did purchase a box during the presale? Just an idea.
