You are definitely not in the minority. Anyone saying they like the update image more has a stash. I don’t know how anyone could serious dislike the horizontal. It’s a beauty!!

People are disliking the horizontalness of it. That was the complaint from day one with that card. Swap the images and that S2 is THE card with no contenders.

I don't have a stash of either #410 or #US56. In fact, I own zero base of both of them. Just my personal taste but I like the US56 image a lot more than the 410. The 410 image is just everywhere -- flagship, Chrome, Sapphire, Stadium Club -- and with no photo variations it doesn't take long searching for Tatis rookies on eBay to just become image exhausted with the horizontal.

A nice vertical mid-swing hitting image? I'm in. Just my $0.02 though.

It seems like everyone has a stash of the horizontal RC's and don't want to lose their investment. I seen plenty of collector stash of the horizontal RC then the RD rookie. I don't mind either card .

I'm glad to leave everyone else to pump it. My reason is obvious. Doesn't change the fact that people love the S2 but hate that it's horizontal no matter how much you try to deflate it. RD isn't anyone's cup of tea, but the photo is heads and shoulders better than the S2.

Just to reconfirm, I have the Camo and I want US56 to explode, no denying that AT ALL.

People are jealous they didn't stock up on cheap low numbered RD RCs. Simple as that. Vertical, Update 'brand', and hitting is a no brainer. This has been discussed over and over. I have zero base RD, but low numbered is a different story

I agree the low numbered versions are tough to find, and will be highly desired, but the base card itself, prefer the S2.

Update is what it is. Perfect for the guys who didn’t get in early. The market speaks for itself. I have plenty of chrome update color and some nice update parallels. I don’t hate update. I just feel like people are getting a little carried away with forecasting its future value.

If the S2 was the only horizontal (or one of the only) I'd be kind of annoyed by it. But it fits with so many other others in his 'portfolio'. S2 #410, TC #203, Stadium Club #88, Stadium Club SP, Complete Set Chrome variation, 2020 S1 SP, 2020 TC SP.
