Comparing social media to mainstream media, that's both hilarious and yet sad. That one has to twist themselves that far into such mental gymnastics to try and win a debate shows just how far down the rabbit hole some have gone.
If at this point some still don't believe the MAINSTREAM MEDIA doesn't push a narrative then I don't know if anything they do can change your mind.

Nothing about the peace deal on CNN, just typical orange man bad opinions. Hmmmm.

Give it time. We'll learn soon enough why Middle East peace is not a good thing.

I'm sure the headlines will be something along the lines of "As disaster mounts at home, Trump plays referee abroad"

Saudi Arabia would seal Iran's fate if they came to the table next. We'll see.

Is QDS as symptom of TDS, or is it the other way around?
Given the fact that a lot of the conservative members here, including myself, had never heard of QAnon before it was mentioned in this thread I question how much influence they have on conservatives compared to liberals.

LOL...you're probably right. They are working the spin right now, somehow Russia must be involved in this.

I'm actually surprised there's room for me to live rent free in your head knowing how Trump already does.

You have (I think) 12 people who support Q that are running for congress - and some are poised to win.....

I am concerned for the country as a whole if they start trying to pass bills based on these theories.

Mountain pose.
Toes together. Arms overhead.
Long, deep breaths...
Based on your inability to judge any content tone I’ll go ahead and punt on the fact that after admitting you missed the boat on the word usage you felt strongly enough in judging tone to call the rest of the post shrill and hysterical.

That sentence was too long and needs a good edit but I’m not interested in wasting more time with you today. It’s just mind bottling.

I’ll waste it on someone with a sense of humor and nuance.

Where do they teach you to use words like "sabotaging" when even CNN is reporting that all he said is that he opposes additional funding?

So you have fundamental issues with passing legislation to ban child trafficking in pizza shops (would that put Chuck E Cheese our of business for good?) and banning travel to international sex islands?

Wrecking?

Aren't there 100,000,000 threads just in this forum about how awful the post office is? You want that Federal organization to have a major role in the 2020 election?

Everyone now pro-post office?

Making worse better terminology for you?

When the sole reason for not wanting to have mail-in voting is because you believe it makes for a worse chance to win an election and you're willing to do anything with bigger and broader implications? Yea. Not a fan.

The post office has a lot of problems, but it provides a vital service

I'm sorry you don't think YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, which are all media companies, are ACTUALLY the mainstream.

Never mind that they reach BILLIONS of people as opposed to the networks you define as mainstream.

You probably wouldn't consider Rush Limbaugh to be mainstream either, even though his audience is bigger than any of the alphabet news agencies which you do consider mainstream.

It is what it is.

I was under the guise that the "mainstream media" would be the media that reaches the most people, that was an obvious mistake on my part. Enjoy the laugh

I'm so conflicted on who to vote for. My heart says JoJo but my head says D-Tizzle. I hate the "lesser of two evils" voting mentality. I've been moving more and more toward voting for Jo. We'll see.

I don't believe mail in voting makes for a worse chance to win the election; I don't think Trump believes that. There's no evidence that I can find that says it favors republicans or democrats if real ballots are cast.

What mail in voting most certainly will do is create havoc and chaos around the election. Plenty of journalists on the record saying how they tested the post office; mailing themselves 100 ballots only to find many of them didn't show up inside of 7 days (some never). Putting the election in the hands of an inept Federal organization (as most are), is lunacy.

Your needlessly alarmist tone was the sole reason I commented.
Your unintentional butchering of a common idiom was merely a bonus.

I skipped voting Libertarian last election and wish I had. I like plenty of thing Trump does, but I can't justify in my mind voting for someone like him again. There is no way that Biden/Harris gets my vote. Jorgensen it is. If everyone voted for who they want in office, instead of voting against someone, things may eventually change for the better in this country.

I guess pointing out facts of the voting, legislative and prosecutorial history of the President/VP candidate combination is needlessly alarmist.

When you reside in ignorance, even facts are alarming.
