Don't they usually have a regular RC and a Debut in Update? They look nice, especially with the NBCD stamp.

Nope, just rookie debut if they had a base in s1 or s2.

I just bought 8 more hangers with the update previews in them, figure these could be pretty nice cards in the long run.

Yeah must be nice. Without Target limits I probably would have found exactly 0 Bowman mega boxes.

Yeah I hit chrome twice so far this week. Thursday I ran into the rep while she was stocking and hung out and chatted with her for about 45 min while she went through all her boxes. She had 11 boxes to unpack, and on like the 10th box she had chrome. There was really only one other guy that came through in that time. She suggested i only take 5 boxes so I did, she knows I mostly prefer basketball so if I see her again I’ll try to get her to let me take more than 5 since she knows that’s what I collect.

I hit a few Walmart’s next and was too late at the first two, just empty chrome trays, but the third one I walked in and jackpot, looked like I was the first one there and I took it all. I’ve always done better at target than Walmart but I feel like I have the Walmart schedule pretty dialed in now so we’ll see what happens next week. I’ll probably get skunked because I’m too confident lol.

I received an email this morning that my Chrome purchases from Topps on Friday morning have shipped. I chose the cheapest rate - smart post. Here’s what I got, along with a tracking number:
“ TOPPS.COM sent jeffrey b 1 FedEx SmartPost® package(s).
The delivery date may be updated when FedEx receives the package.”

I don't know anybody who buys boxes and opens strictly for the purpose of hitting the best possible card with one in a million odds. I guess there are people who play this like the lottery though..

Found hangers blasters and value packs today at the Target in Penfield NY.

I grabbed all the value packs (8) and 5 blasters, left the rest for the kids...
Probably about 15-20 blasters, idk how many hangers, maybe a handful...

I did text 1-2 board members as I was leaving, but they both slept in, and all the rest was gone by 11 am...

Guessing these are the generic ones. Probably the ones coming from Topps com will have the update previews.

I did check the product page and it stated Gallery preview cards. I was going to open for sure with the Update ones but not so sure with the Gallery cards.

Has anybody else had issues with miscut refractors. I opened a bunch of this yesterday and at least 75% of the refractors I got where miscut with a narrow strip along the top of the next card. I hit most of the main RC refractors and each one was miscut. The only cards that were miscut were the refractors, nothing else.

The update preview hangers boxes are difficult to find online. Most seem to be the Gallery preview with the ugly cards. Found a few of the Fire preview hangers. Most want a premium for the Update hangers.

Most of the 85 topps cards I pulled were miscut. Of the 10-15 I pulled only maybe 3 had what I’d call gem centering. The Luis Robert was one of the ones that was miscut. Still going to send it in and hope for a 9.
