First Prizms could probably be a thing, you have 2014 WC, 2016 Euro, 2018 WC and now 2019-20 EPL Prizm, especially if basketball and football collectors expand to soccer

IMO all the pack based products from 2014 Prizm WC will trend upwards including the early Select products. Select has always been Panini's go to for footie releases. I don't believe we'll ever see prices move downwards. This was evident with the recent footie releases of Chronicles & Finest.

You being Chinese doesnt make you a master on whats being faked and what isnt just like me being Irish doesnt make me a master on anything come out of Ireland.

Fakes are part of the game. You can pretend otherwise but everyone will be stung with a fake at some stage.

1958 Swedish Rekord Pele PSA 8 - $7,300
1958 Monty Gum International Footballers Green Pele PSA 6 - $6,211
Strong prices across the board, some others that caught my eye:

Mid-tier names
2013 Panini Champions League Mohamed Salah ROOKIE RC #372 PSA 10 GEM MINT $316
2012 Panini Calciatori Paulo Dybala ROOKIE RC #316 PSA 10 GEM MINT $305 - strong given he has a 2011 Panini release
2009 Abril Gol Cards Soccer Neymar ROOKIE RC #155 PSA 5 EX $455
2009 Abril Gol Cards Soccer Neymar ROOKIE RC #154 PSA 5.5 EX+ $560 - back above pre 2018 WC levels finally
2008 Panini UEFA Euro Sticker Luka Modric ROOKIE RC #194 PSA 9 MINT $153 - expect him to be a slow burner like Xavi and Iniesta
2007 Panini Bundesliga Fussball Stickers Manuel Neuer ROOKIE RC PSA 10 $204
2004 Panini Foot 2005 Franck Ribery ROOKIE RC #215 PSA 10 GEM MINT $204
2002 Panini Soccer Championnat De France Didier Drogba ROOKIE RC PSA 9 $247 - surprised on this one, strong Chelsea collecting base?
2002 Mundi Cromo Liga Andres Iniesta Lujan ROOKIE RC #666 PSA 10 GEM MINT $739 - sneaky strong, obvious now how important he was to Barca
1992 Geo. Bassett & Co. Soccer Ryan Giggs ROOKIE RC #20 PSA 10 GEM MINT $327 - would expect the proset to go even higher than this

Vintage
1978 Crack Campeonato Mundial Diego Maradona ROOKIE RC PSA 5 EX $6766 - 2nd highest graded copy, Maradona undervalued but lacks high grade from 1977 and 1978
1968 Palirex Campeoes Europeus De Futebol Cruyff #301 PSA 4 VGEX $4494
1963 Panini Calciatori Blue Name Eusebio ROOKIE RC PSA 7 NRMT $2524

2002 World Cup sealed box - $265.. A big surprise to me at least, since the x-factor of Messi and Ronaldo is not there.

With soccer cards growing, do you think PSA will ever do a quarterly special for soccer card bulk grading?

Hell no. They only offer specials on stuff nobody cares about. A year or two ago, perhaps...

that guy has 146 followers on ebay, PWCC has 21,363 - pure volume of traffic and more eyes on what they sell.

I've bought something for more money off of an account i'm familiar with over one I'm not.

Fair enough I suppose. People bidding on what they see not what they are particularly looking for?

People don't know what they want until you show it to them.

Finally getting some stuff back from PSA. Bought 11 complete sets of 2014 Prizm a few months back. I have a couple Messi that gem'd as well but don't have them in hand yet!

This was already posted in the Pele thread, but a confirmed sale of a PSA 8 1958 Alifabolaget 635 for $75000 occurred yesterday. This is a record price for a public sale of a soccer card. The original record was a sale of a PSA 9 1958 Alifabolaget 635 in November of 2018 for $57000.

The 1958 Alifabolaget 635 may well be considered the T206 Wagner of soccer. The 1958 Alifabolaget 635 is not only Pele’s World Cup rookie card, it is also over 60 years old and very hard to find in good condition. Moving forward, the 1958 Alifabolaget 635 is likely to retain its status as the most valuable card in soccer and remain a good barometer for the general health of the soccer hobby market.

It looks quality too. A lot of cards from around then were hand drawn or badly printed, but this Pele looks fantastic.

Agreed. Pete’s Alifabolaget 635 is his most visually appealing rookie card by a large margin.
