Default I noticed theres no hype on first year product 2009-10 National Treasures

I mean this is Panini inaugural nba exclusivity year and this is the flagship arguable High end product because of the grail RPA but all I hear/notice are 12/13 Prizm and 16/17 Optic.

People like mass produced base cards. It's the equality movement. No card left behind. Everyone can own 10 copies and convince each other how rare pop 12,000 really is.

2009 NT has...... serial numbers *yuck*

What specifically would you like to blow up from 09/10 NT? I trust Curry/Harden RPA and other stuff and Lebron base and patches are doing fine

Precisely my point. They surged for different reasons and not because of the "first year product" fad. Other 09/10 players and sets remain pretty much the same over the years.

its because of availability to people... NT wasn't as available to people as Prizm and optic were... more people have them... they were lower at MSRP and they're shiny!

09/10 national treasures is ALL about the Curry RPA.

Maybe OP is referring to the base set? If so I definitely agree NT base cards don't get much action considering its Panini's Exquisite equal. Exquisite base cards are higher numbered and always sell well (set collectors and player collectors).

Not really, but we can use that as an example too based on what was said above regarding demand and the ease of moving them around.

I was referring to the RPAs because every product has a set(s) that become the ones to chase and in NT's case, its obviously the RPAs. But if the issue becomes "availability" and "price", then yeah collectors (and investors) can chase the easier to be had base set to play with then.

I always liked this set. The RPAs are incredible. I think the Logomen were too if I remember.

The base set is classy but the pics are grainy.

A lot of jersey and sticker rubbish in this. But I think it was $400 a box. Not too bad.
