Not looking good guys, not at all.

Have already sent a jumbo MJ 85 Star RC to them that went missing. Not a good sign seeing 14 days pass buy, 10 business, and no email/loggage.

Am I reading things right that BGS sends out an email imforming your order was received but your turnaround doesn't actually start until you receive a second email from them which could be days/weeks later?

This is what I sent them below:

Day 1 is the day after your cards arrive. It doesn't matter when the email gets there. 10 and 30 day orders are very late, so dates don't even matter. 2 and 5 day orders are still on time.

so i just submitted my first cards for grading in about 20 years. it was for 4 cards 5 day service. sent priority mail. tracking showed delivered June 17th. my question is
the delivery showed this:

Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address
DALLAS, TX 75244
Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 11:38 am on June 17, 2020 in DALLAS, TX 75244.

Is this normal delivery address message

and it appears you may not get an e-mail from them for a few days saying received. is this correct?

Yes, they got my cards last Friday and didn't charge until Tuesday for a 5 day order.

I am constantly checking the pop reports to try and refreshing my homepage to see what the grades are. It looks like based on this they have been graded already is that correct? I assuming that because they have the Serial No. listed already.

COVID-19 has added the extra complication of long shipping delays for overseas customers.

I sent a 56 card 10 day order on 8 May by Australia Post's 'International Express' service, and it was not delivered to BGS until 1 June.

Most of that delay was my package resting quietly in a warehouse waiting for a flight to the USA. It finally left Australia on 24 May.

As of writing this I have not yet had my 'order received' E-mail, but on the bright side that means my credit card has not been charged for the order yet!

With the current backlog for orders other than 2 or 5 day ones, and the overseas shipping issues, I know I'm in for quite a wait, but they do say patience is a virtue.

did you click the serial? if grade is ready, you'll see it

It will say label printed when grades are ready. Not moved to repository.

Grades finally popped for me today! I did very well... gem mint or better on all but one card which I knew likely wasn't going to gem. My eye is getting pretty good I think! Highlight was a Luka rookie prizm silver RCR 9.5 which turned into a gem mint+
