Mine was late as well used the rushed shipping and they were still late and shipment didnt move until i emailed them several times. I had another issue emailed them few times zero replies so they are just not answering emails

Be careful when sending submissions as COMC appears to now be charging for the dummy cards that are sent in. I was out of the thick white dummies that are put in packs, so as I have done in the past, I sent in the Panini Kids Reporter cards and the like. And charging the submission fee for them, of course.

I believe it says in their instructions to put an X or something on both sides if you dont want a card like that processed.. I'm at work so cant verify but have done it in the past with no issue.

My past due 3 week submissions are starting to drop, weirdly enough though, my original due date 6/3 ones are almost done, while my 5/20 ones haven't been touched yet. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I have...both orders are basic under the old system. My 4/21 orig. due date hasn't been touched but my 5/6 had 8 processed out of a couple hundred.

I have an original 4/3 due date basic submission that they've stopped processing the last 45 cards for the past 2 weeks, they've now started an original 4/10 due date basic submission.

I'm not really sure what they're doing.

I'm more talking about 3-week submissions. I have a basic due 4/12 as well that hasn't been touched, just wondering if anyone 3-week submissions are being done out of order. I have 800/1000 done on my newest one (due date 6/3), but zero done on one from a due date of 5/20.

Remember, they're using multiple off-site processing locations right now during COVID. So it's possible that the pacing you're seeing is because certain locations are working with different manning levels and different personnel speeds.

It would be nice if there was better public communication from COMC about what is going on within their company. They have a blog they mainly use for advertising, and their twitter is almost all ads, too.

If they just openly discussed the challenges they are facing with their various services, I think a lot of their customers would be far more satisfied than they are now.

I have around 30 cards I've purchased from COMC that I'd like to have shipped to me economy. I realize they will not ship anytime soon. If I request shipment will I at least have the option for $4.99 shipping? If not, will I have the option to cancel the shipment?

You can start the process of requesting a shipment so that you can see what you'll be charged and the expected shipping date. Just don't click the final (red) Request Shipment)

What? You want them to communicate instead of advertising their auctions? Agreed.

It’s so stupid that no one is answering phones, that’s the easiest thing to do from home. But I suspect they turned them off Bc they knew they were going to get a ton of angry calls. So we all wait, and wait....and wait.

Yeah, I mean they can easily use their Twitter feed to update people on where they are at with processing packages, mailbox service, sending parcels out. There's literally no info coming from them. They even stopped updating their blog a week ago.

My processing was pushed back 3 more days now. But supposedly they moved up a week in due dates, yet mine got pushed back 9 days in the past week. So from when he did his live lip service speech my due date has been pushed back 27 days. It had moved up to 6/3 the day he did that (after slowing moving up every day for almost a week), and now it is set at 6/30.

Blog Update on the Now Processing dates dated today:
We are currently working on the following due dates:

Economy Shipping: 04/07 – 4/20 [last week was 4/20 so this makes little sense to me]
Basic (retired): 04/20 [last week 04/13]
Current Year 3 Week: 05/25 [last week 05/18]

As I said above, I can't work out what the Economy Shipping even means, but taking the other two at face value they appear to have processed a week's worth of Basic and Current Year 3 Week in the last week.

With that said, absent them bringing on extra capacity I guess we should expect to see a big slowdown in Basic processing date movement once the due date hits approximately 5/01 as they must have gotten inundated with people submitting to beat the rate changes after the 2/28 announcement of impending fee increases.
