I like the looks of the card so I will order one and I’ll have a very Lloyd Christmas-like attitude in regards to possibly receiving an auto version.

My luck would be ordering today's Trout base and then receiving a Cedric Mullins or Rowdy Tellez Auto.

How it affects all earlier Trout releases is if it gets more people to get into the set and then wanting to pick up the other cards. Not sure that is what is going to happen.
