Wow they've been saying 10% staff since 5/6 (Dallas County ordinance was lifted 4/30)

Good news is, 2days, and I think 5days are still basically being met/honored.

My 2day:
BGS received on 5/26 (I wrote "2 day" on box fwiw)
Email confirmation sent to me on 5/27
Graded (and shipped) on 5/28 (received today)

My 30day:
BGS received on 4/29
Email confirmation sent to me on 5/11
(The rest is TBD)

They could be lying about the 10% staff to buy time but unless we work for Beckett, we'll never really know.

This seems to be common knowledge but when I asked them via email about my order, they said 10-days were running 20-25 days behind. Will definitely be choosing 2 or 5 day for my next sub.

3 LeBrons all 9s. Zion was a 9.5 at least. So basically 10 day ran as a 20 day. Not horrible. Might think about 5 day for the next batch.

When I emailed yesterday, here was the response I got, as I just sent in a small order.

2 and 5 day are 1-2 day delay, 10 day 5-6 weeks, 30 day 3 month.

This ever happened to you guys? Sent my package overnight. Tracking shows the item is at the post office waiting to be picked up?


I thought USPS delivers to BGS not the other way around!

I think Overnight requires signature confirmation? (I know if you purchase insurance, sig confirmation is automatically added)

Is it odd to get the "received" email from Beckett and not have anything showing under your current orders? I had one today, and one from a couple of weeks ago that i got the email on. But no record under my Beckett orders? I don't normally use BGS so is this normal?

The issues I have is that I was not told I would have to wait 45 days for a 10 day order when I submitted. BGS grading page excitedly says "We're taking orders!"

Why am I paying 10 day prices for 45 day service? I get that you're delayed...then don't charge me 10 day prices.

I feel the same. They should give us discount for taking so long. How many cards did you submit? Seems like they are grading smaller orders orders 1st.

Waiting on my first submission results as well. Will I receive a 2nd e-mail once they are complete or do I just need to check their website daily?
