I cant wait to see what happens with the lower PR stuff after the next 5-7 days. Everyone is liquidating at the same time which is driving prices down and once stuff starts to dry up I can see a handful of these really go through the roof.

I can't imagine (or perhaps I'm just giving too much credit) people shelling out big bucks for the top 5 releases right now are buying with the intentions of flipping again. But who knows. The lowest PR's should theoretically weather the storm best of all due to lowest market liquidity and availability....should...
