I was one of the ones who thought no way that Shore Griffey was going to hit 100,000. It’s such a ridiculous number compared to all other print runs.

Very interesting. I noticed the Thiele version doesn't have the RC logo. I wonder why that one doesn't have one or if it really matters. I think that is my favorite looking of the Trouts though I do wish it had the RC logo on it.

I guess I am trying to pinpoint an exit strategy... Today's PRs threw me a curveball in that I don't feel like even large lots will carry much value as an "investment". The whole reason why I got into this was to sell the Jeters and Thiele (which Thiele is out now and replaced by Don C) and keep the Griffey's. Any $ made would help me build my PC. I just don't know if it's worth to sink $5000 into the next 300 cards to only sell it for $6kish.

I Know people in here don't have all the answers, but just looking to see where others heads are at especially if they had similar plans to mine in this project. Really hoping the McGwire Blake ends up being an iconic card in the set. If so that will be my best purchase as I have a lot of them compared to the singles of the others.
