For those of you collecting players and artists both, are you doing multiples of the cross-over cards? I'm doing Clemente and Matt Taylor, so I'm thinking when the Matt Taylor Clemente card is released I should be picking up 2 so I can have the two collections separate.

Side note: I've pre-ordered up a bunch of non-pc stuff throughout the month if it caught my eye & started watching some of the sale prices the other day. I thought the weekend was big, but just since late Monday night the recent sale prices on each of my 27 cards released prior to this week have went up at least $20 in the past 36 hours, with the exception of the Mister Cartoon Clemente which has been consistent at $1000 since Monday. Luckily I only have 3 cards even in-hand, so I haven't been tempted to sell.

If you're using 130point to look up your portfolio, reduce your searches by artist or player (wherever your concentration is). Even if you look up Project 2020 to find your needs, even better.

The site is exceeding it's search limit earlier every day.

I'm currently watching the Blake Jamieson fanny pack video on youtube. Is it just me or does he seem kinda buzzed? I'd be kinda skeptical about the major thing that's coming any day now. Yes--I decided early to do Mister Cartoon AND Clemente, so, for example, I bought 2 Mister Cartoon Clementes on release.

Do these sound like a great investment? Are they neat? Sure. Does Shore deserve to profit? ABSOLUTELY. Is a Keith Shore auto card /25 worth $480? Seems like a better investment may be to take the $500 for the /25 card and buy 33 more Shore Griffeys, but I like the idea of an auto card.

Sort of like whether you want 33 base Bowman Chrome RCs or one auto BC RC.

So, was sitting in my chair the other night on the tablet, reading the forum as usual..the wife basically controls the TV all the time, and she's a political media nut, so CNN is on all the time, I usually tune it out, but..I had an idea for Topps...

As this thing gets bigger...what if Topps did "Project 2020 Town Halls" in several big cities with the artists? We would buy tickets, Topps would have maybe 4-5 of the artists on hand (or more), maybe we get a goodie bag at the door, the artists could showcase/sell their artwork, and take Q&A from us collectors, I think it would be a big deal and bring a lot more people in.

If anyone here from Topps is reading this--feel free to give me credit!

Edit: Of course I'm thinking next year or if we ever "normalize" again...

What are peoples overall feelings with regards to the artist auto cards?

Is everyone gobbling them up when available (thinking they hold more value than the card itself)? If yes, any guesses on the multiplier to estimate value?

Or is the consensus that set collectors would prefer a clean card making the regular version more valuable in the long run?

When? Print run is released after the card is done being sold on Topps Website.

How? The print run is determined based on how many purchases of a particular card is ordered through the Topps website.

When are new ones released? They are released around 12 PM EST daily... give or take a little bit of time.
