When did PSA update their turnaround on Regular and Economy Service Level?

It used to be 20 business days prior to this pandemic, now it's showing 90 business days.

I sent my order in late March, but they didn't receive until 05/07
it's now showing shipped 05/27

10 of 27 PSA 10s
all 10s were the most expensive cards in the batch
most of the 9s were Zion (3) and Luka (7) Prizm RCs

also in this batch was a Lebron Bowman R&S Gold RC PSA 9

I truly believe with BGS, it depends on what service level you send in at and how often you submit.

With PSA, I think it depends on service level and quantity you send in as well.

I also have Platinum membership with PSA, I wonder if that adds any bonus

I think if you sent in your cards prior to the pandemic, under economy etc, they are honoring the original turnaround. All new orders probably fall under new turnaround terms. There is no turnaround stated for bulk orders (varies with demand).

If you are using watch count or sorts of to check bin or bo ending prices then those are inaccurate. They are no longer showing the exact sale price and instead show the bin prices. I went back and check all my sold listings in the past month and they all show the bin prices even though I accepted lower offers.

That is one of the biggest misconceptions on grading. The graders do not know who subbed the cards, how many days you paid for, are you a "big" grader or not. They pick up a box that's due that day and start grading (for BGS).

He was being sarcastic. Obviously, PSA knows who sends the cards in so that they can get good grades. They have to keep their big customers happy and coming back for more. It's all about the Benjamins......

PSA started processing my order 5/18/20

Grades were available today 5/22/20

Will get cards next week.

Roughly a 2 month turnaround for “economy” even though the representative told me last week it would take up to 80 business days.

So there hope after all.

I will say this. They are grading much harder and only 4 of my 15 cards got PSA 10’s however the 4 that got 10’s were the most expensive cards of the group I sent so I’m not complaining!

I also found it interesting the 4 that graded 10 were the lowest population of the 15 cards I sent in... control the pop report theory?

Also 2 of the 4 PSA 10’s were BGS 9’s that I broke out and resubmitted so that’s a pleasant surprise.

Will show them when I get them in.
I still have an order in there from the end of December.....

Same...….except mine is the beginning of December...………..

I hear that the smaller submissions get taken care of first and the larger ones sit forever. Just what I heard...…….

Makes sense that economy sits while the higher dollar cards get first attention.
