Most of you would say absolutely and that $30 a card for the last 300 would be a steal.

If this is the case then why isn’t everybody buying these to try and make an easy profit?

Buyer fatigue won’t set in as long as these can be flipped for any kind of profit.

When shipping starts being 60 days or more. Hard for many flippers running on credit lines.

Place a dispute with you credit card. TOPPS says 10-14 business days after the timer ends is when the cards will ship.

Are we sure the trout 35k messed up topps or was it another factor? Covid+print volume? One touches? Im sure they hired a few more people. And should be able to handle it going forward unless its like 60k+ on a two card run/delivery.

Given how quickly cards seem to be shipping post Baller Trout, I'm assuming that the one touch shortage was the bottleneck.

Maybe printers broke down. Printed the whole batch incorrectly? Waiting on 130pt stock, certain ink.. i have faith they will fix the issue they have too much cash flow coming in right now.

Yeah I'd like to see some discussion on this as well. If things go south, some people are definitely going to use that 180 day Paypal return window. In the past, I've gone through the trouble of literally recording the process of packing expensive items in the parking lot of my post office and dropping them off (all in one continuous video). The idea of doing that for literally hundreds of cards pains me but I'll absolutely do it if there isn't a better option put forth.

I know people have discussed calling eBay/Paypal customer service as well and explaining the situation (aka the "magical card defect that appears after 3 months") and finding some success in the past. There's also the possibility of selling before the peak (aka getting out early) with the hope that your sold cards exchange hands at least several times after you've sold them (making the return process impossible... a kind of It Follows approach to card returns).

Apologies for brain dumping here! Would appreciate other people's thoughts on the matter.
