2020 Bowman Retail is NOT being delayed. Ships out Today

So far I've opened 30 blasters and hit 5 chrome Jasson and only 2 paper.
Opened another 30 today and halfway through my wife decides to open a few for fun. Hits domiguez paper, dominguez chrome and a Duran yellow chrome first 3 packs. lol Now shes hooked.

Ended up with 5 chrome and 3 paper for jasson (have hit more chrome than paper in every box)

All in all 8 color paper with a red and gold (adley, aquino,vaughn at least)
10 color chrome (Duran /75....Johnan Diaz/75and some bad gold)
Also 2 color auto and 2 paper auto.

Pretty happy with retail so far

Bots have Target blasters locked in, nobody is getting them online unless you have a bot

Nope..I got the in stock email and I couldn’t even get the site to load until literally a minute ago. (8 mins later).

May be the minority, but was able to get in an order of 4 (already saved in cart).
So it's not impossible, but very, very difficult

I opened a ton of all 3. Cellos have had minimal color. Jumbo packs......brutal all around. Blasters have had the most color and both green shimmer autos for me came from blasters. None of the product was searched because I ran into a rep on separate days as they were putting it out.

It feels tougher this year to pull color, but I don't know if packs odds have changed or not.

I opened three retail boxes. No color. I never open much but I feel like it was rare to open a single box with no color parallels.

I'm lucky enough to have a target near me that doesn't get hit hard normally (still, everything is gone within a 1-2 days), but yesterday the new Excel boxes were all Pokemon. Still 0/everything. Including my WM pre-orders.

So Walmart pre-orders are pretty much worthless? I bought 8 blasters and fat packs. The order still shows the same status as many others on here. What are the chances we ever receive this pre-orders?

I wouldn't say worthless. They're worth grabbing because where else are you going to find it for the price? You gotta brave the wilds for that.

It's annoying that they haven't shipped yet but it's still been less than a week since release....I keep having to tell myself that.

Odds have gotten worse, yes. Higher print runs again this year. It will be a good test to see if parallel single prices can echo their increased value based on the difficulty it takes to pull them, especially out of retail.

Retail boxes were my favorite rip of last year. Always had a good amount of color and 1 or 2 (usually paper) autos.

Then again, you could find 2019 retail boxes for around $55 even in 2020....not the same this year.

Nah, you are right. Its not impossible. I've been able to place orders almost every reload so far. Just have to be fast and have websites logged in and pre-populated. Helps to refresh the website all day too.

Fortunately I can do that while sitting at work so its not a big hassle.

I pulled 14 Jasson's from retail (chrome, paper, camo, top 100, spanning the globe), and was planning to sell them on ebay.

BUT, I looked the cards over and they look IMMACULATE...like zero issues, zero! So, I went ahead and sent them to BGS today. Normally, I would sell now, but I can't imagine selling GEM MINT or better cards for someone else to sub and sell for more!

Anyone else with this thought/experience?

Look for the players who went for the most in Houdini's player auction.

Jasson and Witt are the biggest but there are still a handful of others with decent value.
